Rude and disrespectful employees

After staying for a week or so, they woke me up around 9 and told me I had to leave within the hour, because they had "workers" coming that needed the camp empty for a whole week. It seemed strange at the time, and then a few days later I met a traveler that had stayed there just a day after I left. So, it seems they made up a reason to get me out of there - I was probably not worth it for them economically as I did not always order dinner or other extras. Wish they'd just told me this.

It was not good camp everything was bad room bad , dinner very boor , location very blocked the wadi rum view ,so i don’t recommend cause in same price you can booking better camp. I don’t recommend this camp and the guys working there 🤮

Incredible place. Wonderful food and the workers ( drivers, waiters, cookers are the BEST)

Gentilissimi e disponibili, campo con 32 tende e bagni con doccia puliti, al mattino prende il sole e inizia ad andare in ombra dopo le 15/16 ottimo soprattutto nel periodo invernale con il sole (valutate la posizione degli camp in funzione del periodo in cui andate). المكان في وسط رم... بس توصل بكون نظيف نوعاً ما... قعدته وإطلالته بس تطلع على الجبل الي فوقه حلوين... بس الأكل مو زاكي عندهم أبداً... ومافي متابعة لنظافة المرافق الصحية... واذا رحت لتشوف النجوم والسما ففي مخيم قريب منه وإضائته قوية جداً وبتضايق... وهو بطل ع مخيم تاني كتير قريب منه... وه...

Nice camp, very basic but runned with love. Staff was kind and professional, meals were really good. There was an interesting travelers' vibe, which is nice when you are traveling solo! They were also quite flexible in organizing my jeep tour, and perfectly on time picking me up from the visitor center.Totally safe for a woman traveling alone. If you do few steps you have a wonderful view on the desert

There's so many desert camps to choose from but I chose this based on an easy to navigate website and the price. I booked a half day tour and one night stay. The tour included all the same sites as the other companies so there's nothing different there. My guide and driver were the same person and I found him to be just okay. Super Camp. Wir hatten die 3 Tages tour und es war wunderbar

The perfect place to stay in Wadi Rum! The beds were comfortable, bedding very warm, and food was tasty. The staff were kind and the jeep tour was a lot of fun. I had a great time at the camp and got a warm winter night’s rest - couldn’t be happier with this place!

A very good camp with great facilities, lovely food and very friendly staff. I would recommend to visit this camp if looking to stay overnight in wadi rum. Shoutout to Yusuf for the great hospitality!

We went away as a group of families where we organised an activity camp for our children. Saleem and his team were very accommodating in letting us use the site for this as we set up the main tent for activities and meetings. The food was excellent, healthy and plentiful (just missing foul at breakfast). The sleeping accommodation was simple and comfortable, the bathroom facilities are shared and very good all was clean. If you want it there is a Starlink internet connection which was excellent....

We were very satisfied in this camp. Communication worked well. People were very nice. They took very good care of us. We had an experience from 11 am, a drive in the desert, lunch and then in the evening at the camp with dinner and shisha. The morning breakfast was very rich.

Das Wüstencamp ist einfach traumhaft! Die Atmosphäre mitten in den Dünen ist einzigartig, besonders abends unter dem Sternenhimmel. Das Essen ist hervorragend – frisch, abwechslungsreich und unglaublich lecker. Auch der Service ist herzlich und aufmerksam. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die etwas Besonderes erleben möchten!

We are really happy that we chose the Mohammed Mutlak Camp! The location is amazing, it’s very quiet :) The staff was very friendly and the food was amazing, and huge portions! We really enjoyed talking to Yusuf, he is an amazing host, very helpful and really made us feel at home. You should stay here— especially in the winter. I was only one of a few guests at the camp due to it being the winter season, but I can say service didn't suffer one bit for it. The staff was all extremely kind and professional (Especially Yusuf and Salem), the food was plentiful and hardy, and the location was, as goes without saying, out of this world (and the cooler season made it much more comfortable!) All-around a great experience.

We spent one night in the camp and enjoyed everything- the local food, service (very nice people!), a ride on camels. The accommodation was as good as it can be in these conditions. I apreciated the warm blankets. 😀

Ein Erlebnis über Silvester. Die Mischung aus authentischem Beduinenleben (Essen, Gastfreundschaft, Kamele...) und einem doch für die Wüste luxoriösen Standart. (Gemeinschaftsbad, Duschen...) Alles war sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Und das Essen war unglaublich lecker und frisch gekocht. Die Lage mitten im Wadi Rum ist traumhaft. Es war eine tolle Erfahrung die auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen ist.

A very relaxed camp located in the middle of the 'Wadi Rum - Protected Area', with very friendly hosts and employees. You‘ll experience the traditional Bedouin dish Zarb and tea around the fire. Tents are very cozy and service is fantastic. Yousef made me feel like home for four days - thank you my friend!

Lovely camp with the best hospitality and great Jordanian food! You can organize all tours through them; camels, jeep tour, sunset, etc. Some include food and accommodation, and you are always welcomed back into camp with Bedouin tea. Thank you, Yusuf and Salem for the great stay!
