Staff were fantastic. Booked a one day tour for us and the free Brekky was great. Room was a tad damp but aircon fixed it up. Main issue was the family staying next door whose kids screamed relentlessly for no apparent reason. They had two rooms and would keep the doors open while they ran around crying/screaming.
En general todo muy bien, aunque los colchones son bastante duros y las almohadas poco cómodas. El hotel está limpio y el personal es muy amable. Recomiendo por calidad-precio.
In general everything is very good, although the mattresses are quite hard and the pillows uncomfortable. the hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. i recommend for quality-price.
Great hotel for the price. Nothing to complain about. Shower had working temperature and pressure and really clean honestly can’t complain at all. Also got a breakfast with it and nice to have a private comfortable room after doing only hostels. Guy who ran it was very nice too

Overall such a great hotel and value for money. The owner was so lovely and helpful!! He even let us check in early when our bus arrived in the morning. Unfortunately, there were a few insects/bugs in the bed.

저렴한 가격에 전반적으로 만족한 숙박이었지만 룸의 시설을 점검해 보셔야 할 것 같아요. 304호 온수시설 뿐만이 아니라 301호의 변기 잠금이 불량이고 세면기 물이 빠져 나가다 역류하여 화장실 바닥으로 흘러 들어와요. 룸까지 친절하게 조식을 배달해 주셔서 불편을 끼친 것을 송구스럽게 생각하며 매우 감사했습니다.
It was a generally satisfactory stay for a reasonable price, but I think you should check the facilities in the room. Not only the heating system in 304 but the toilet lock in 301 is bad and the water in the washing machine is leaking and flowing backwards into the bathroom floor.

Nice family-run hotel but they were often not around and would come running from across the road because they seem to own 2 hotels and not have staff for both. Comfortable and clean. Free breakfast was decent. Good location. They had a shower we could use after our day trip after having already checked out. We booked a transfer to Ninh Binh which took twice as long as it should. We were put on a slow car ferry then waited an hour for a bus. Organise transfers yourself or ask for more details.
Spacious, clean rooms. Run by a really lovely family. They helped us book a boat trip and onwards transport, which was cheaper than we found elsewhere. Overall a great place to stay for a couple of nights.

Very large room and AC. Best thing about the stay was the staff who made sure our stay was perfect. They organized all the day trips, buses and even the scooter rental for us. Everything was so easy with them. Location is also good, about 3mins away from the sea and near many restaurants.
Very clean, super friendly staff, felt very welcome at this hotel, the owner was so helpful. Good value for money!
I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The staff were beyond kind and attentive. We extended our stay here twice and felt at home. We stayed in a private room and it has everything you need. The couple run a fantastic facility and work very hard to make you feel at home - couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!!

Great value for money, comfortable & clean. Only down side is that staff aren’t always around & there is no heating or hair dryer in the room.
