+ No fue nada agradable

+ Está a 10 min en Uber del Aeropuerto

- Super sucio!! Las sábanas estaban amarillas, incluso con manchas sospechosas. Hemos dormido con ropa para no tocar esas sábanas, incluso cubriendo la almohada para ni rozarla. Olía mal.

- Se presentó una situación muy sospechosa que interpretó como un intento de robo por parte de un funcionario del Hostel, yo estaba saliendo del Hostel a tomar un café en la esquina e inmediatamente el funcionario fue a mi habitación, yo recordé que no llevaba mi computador así que volví y encontré al funcionario que hacía dos minutos había llegado al Hostel y Vi que estaba revolcando mis cosas que estaban sobre mi cama, le pregunté que estaba haciendo y el decía que me estaban mudando de habitación, le exigir explicar porque no me avisó si hacía dos minutos me vio pasar hacia la salida y no tuve explicación, le pregunté porque no me habían contactado vía mensaje o por teléfono para avisarme algo y no tubo ninguna respuesta. Me exalte y pedí devolución de mi dinero. El funcionario se negó argumentando que debía yo mismo cancelar la reserva en Booking para devolverme el dinero, me negué a hacerlo y debí llamar a la policía, entonces me devolvió mi dinero pero aún así me retire sin saber si habría alcanzado a robar alguna cosa.

- NOT SAFE! Everyone enter here use the bathroom of the ground floor room like a public toilet. Enter and take backpacks in seconds… i was socked! There is no staff on the house! Codes to enter aren’t change! So imagine how unsafe it is! You have to lock your stuff all the time to have some safety! There is no check in. It’s all by WhatsApp. I told her to pay right away, so I could sleep because I had 32h without sleep. Waited 1 hour, while talking w a roommate and nobody appear. I started to sleep and one hour later she came doing so much noise, knocking everywhere to wake me up and to make me pay. After I pay, she said she hadn’t change to give me! And she didn’t bring it back till now! BE AWARE! Also I didn’t like this hostel because: Tiny shower. You can’t shower and dress! You have to come outside :/ Lot of hairs on my bedsheets. I woke up every time with long hairs on my beard. The water heater is not working. You have to boiled water by the stove every time. There are a lot of long term locals. There is no backpack vibe! No warm water in the showers! List goes on…

- Dirty, not well organized with the host which asked for money outside of the platform and because I didn't accept he overbooked our reservation to another person leaving me without a place to stay.

+ La chica muy amable.

- Difícil de encontrar: desde la calle no hay ningún letrero que anuncie el hostal. La habitación, al igual que todo el hostal, no tiene ventanas. Las sábanas estaban sucias, con pelos, y el colchón de una de las camas era horrible: se notaban todos los hierros del somier. El único baño, que además es compartido por todo el hostal, es minúsculo.

+ La verdad diría que es al menos cómodo para dormir pero el olor a humedad y el ruido que se escucha en general no me permite mencionarlo... La verdad deja mucho que desear y me quedo corto.

- La verdad no me gustó nada solo la ubicación, deberian ser mas específicos con lo que ofrecen y mencionar las condiciones exactas porque si fue bastante incómodo todo en general...

- Me dieron un código para abrir la puerta, nunca me abrió y no pude ingresar, escribí pero te dejan con un IA que no resuelve nada.

+ The staff was polite and the showers were actually decent, cause most of the time in Bogota the showers are very hot or cold and they blast very hard or nearly only drip. Further more it is fairly close to the airport.

- I booked knowing they offered a personal check-in, but when i arrived there was no-one. I got a whatsapp from a random number that asked me to submit all my personal and financial information, of course i did not. Luckily the person was kind and promised to drop by in person (40 minutes later), and it turned out they did not had the right booking information and i needed to tell them twice who i was later after the check-in. So check-in was done and the night was loud. A lot of traffic and sirens could be heard which woke me up often (and i am a fast sleeper). Sheets were not very clean and had some stains. Because i had to be in the area the next day too i extended, but only because the staff was polite and i could handle another night. So after i extended they did not tell the staff, and i was just in time back at the hostel or they would have given my bed away. This together with no personal check-in ready is for me a 'BIG NO-NO', and i still don't appreciate it at all. I have read some negative reviews, and i think those might be pretty accurate. I think it is more to do with incompetence and thinking too easy, and not remembering what they promised. So for the traveler that wants no worries and a good night sleep i would not recommend it. But for the exhausted backpacker that must catch an early flight, mayby. I do however believe that the intention of the staff is good, and with better management and clear communication i expect they could become a decent hostel in the future!

+ Bien ubicado, el personal amable y atento a dudas. Esta a menos de 15 minutos caminando del transmilenio

- Las sábanas tenían muchos cabellos enredados, la toalla que me dieron se veía con manchas y mejor no la usé

- Me dieron un código para abrir la puerta, nunca me abrió y no pude ingresar, escribí pero te dejan con un IA que no resuelve nada.

+ La habitación confortable, el espacio bien distribuido, la excelente ubicación del hostal, su ropa de cama abrigada, agua caliente.

- La tapa del sanitario estaba floja y yo pues les avisé para que la cambiaran estaba ya para reemplazar y habían cabellos en el baño. Hace falta agua caliente en el lavamanos.

+ Cercanía a mi destino

- Activación de alarma a media noche y demasiada luz ambiente en la habitación, daba justo a la calle

- El domingo que llegamos no servían las claves que me dieron de las puertas, el muchacho que me atendió por el citofono fue poco amable
