모든것이 더럽다.곰팡이 냄새나는 방, 더러운 수영장,쓰레기 더미에 둘러쌓인 빌라주변..예의없는 주인..최악
침대시트 이불 화장실 등 모든곳이 더러움 냉장고에 있는 생수 2병도 체크아웃시 결제 하라고함. 내가 다닌 풀빌러중 최악임
두번다시 추천하고 싶지 않은 곳입니다 새벽 5시 마을에서 음악을 틀어 시끄러워서 잠을잘수가 없고 샤워기에 물도 잘 안나옴
très déçue, car j'ai payé par agoda pour la nuit avec petit dejeuner, et l'hôtelier a facturé en plus un petit dejeuner où il y avait juste des pancakes baignant dans l'huile et du café . L'hôtel est loin de tout,de la ville comme de la plage, la climatisation est toujours coupée et il faut à chaque fois la réclamer. Elle se coupe dans la nuit. Pas de pression pour l'eau et il faut se doucher à l'eau froide.
De verblijfplaats zelf is oke en proper. Het was een grote kamer en er is een zwembad. De lage score is te danken aan de opdringerigheid van de eigenaar. Bij aankomst werden we meermaals gedwongen om een kookles te volgen of naar een winkel te gaan van zijn familie. Na meerdere keren het voorstel af te wijzen mochten we naar de kamer. Bik vertrek was het plan was om een grab te nemen naar Da Nang, maar we moesten van hem via zijn familie boeken voor dezelfde prijs. Geen fijne ervaring
The accommodation itself is ok and proper. It was a large room and there is a swimming pool. The low score is due to the owner's oppressiveness. Upon arrival we are several times forced to follow a kookles or go to a shop of his family. After several times rejecting the offer we go to the room.
Một trải nghiệm không thực sự tốt lắm. Nguyên nhân cũng do bên mình không làm vc trực tiếp vs villa mà thông qa trung gian nên giá bị đội lên gấp đôi. Mặc dù vậy thì chất lượng phục vụ cungz ko đc tốt lắm.
The owners, a couple, were friendly, especially the woman, she was super nice and welcoming, which makes it hard to give this place a mediocre review. The man was also nice but a bit strange/grumpy (?), maybe language barrier. We asked for an extra blanket and first he said “no you only get one blanket” (don’t know if this was a weird joke) and after he went and picked up a blanket for us which was dirty and smelled like pee or fish sause or something. Bed was also very hard and uncomforta...
It’s not as expected. The rooms are big, I’ll give them that. The beds are just gym mats, the hot water worked for only a few minutes, the pool wasn’t really clean. The hosts were nice at first. Unfortunately when it was time to pay and leave they tried to pressure me to leave a good review in front of them. Actually persistent about it. I had to decline repeatedly, which left a really bad impression.
I stayed here for 6 nights, the family are lovely and welcoming and helpful and that is the reason I stayed, along with the awesome breakfast, however my room was moudly, I think it was only my room as everyone else was really happy with their room.

Excellent accommodations with very nice and clean room. Mr. Cu and his wife were extremely welcoming and helpful, even helping to coordinate transportation and shipping clothes. Great for a quiet stay a brief 5 minute scooter ride to the old city.
100% recommended this place. Familly business and they are so nice and helpful with everything. Big rooms and super clean.
great place to stay in hoi an, it is a little far out but they offer free bikes and you can rent a moped! the family who runs it is so sweet i would definitely go back if ever back in hoi an!
Family run with business that i can’t recommend enough. They make an effort to introduce and entertain their guests every night and remember your names. They offer lots of options including transportation and deals on their family’s business TAILOR 41. They made it seamless with my airport transport and bike rental with safety and cleanliness as top priority.
Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werde auf jeden Fall zurück kommen. Die Besitzer sind super freundlich und man fühlt sich direkt aufgenommen.

I had a fantastic stay at Almond Villa with the most beautiful family. The rooms are huge and the beds are super comfy.

We had really really good stay in almond villa! The hostel owners are so nice and it does indeed feel like being in home! Nice facilities, rooms were nice and comfortable! The owners were super helpful to us with in general figuring out stuff to do and with other stuff aswell! Only minus I’d really found is that the A/C is possible to turn on only during 18:00 - 09:00 time frame but honestly didn’t bother us too much. Overall highly recommended!!
Nice, spacious hostel ran by a lovely family who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The facilities are great and well maintained. They offer free bikes and will sort out tours and transfers etc. The owners looked after me when I was feeling ill for a couple of days and when I accidently overpaid for my room they were honest and made me aware that I had overpaid. All in all top marks. I can easily recommend.

Best place to stay in hoi an! More quiet and chill if you want it to be but can also be quite a good time. Mr. Cu and his wife are absolutely amazing hosts, truly made my time in hoi an what it is. If you have the opportunity to stay here please do you will not regret!
