Terra Cotta Homestay and Hostel

The owner Ly is super helpful. Helped arrange pickup & drop off for the airport. Didn’t rush on the money. Amazing property if you want to stay a little far from the city noise.people sleep early in this town-so there are not a lot of places to eat nearby. Good thing is the property comes with free access to bicycle, and there are food joints 8mins ride away and by the river side. You can try pottery. Only property that offered me water on arrival- says a lot about hospitality. Has 5cute dogs

The Host is one of the friendliest person you can meet. The hostel is a bit outside but the good thing its very quiet there and you can get a free bicycle and with that you can easily get everywhere

what a lovely stay at Terracotta homestay. the rooms are impeccably clean, the included breakfast is delicious, and the location is in a nice peaceful area just outside of the city center. but the real gem of this place is the host, Ly. she’s one of the most open, down to earth, and friendliest hosts i’ve ever had at a homestay. she makes you truly feel cared for and is so helpful when it comes to booking excursions. i would 100% recommend terracotta homestay to anyone wants to visit hoi an.

The homestay is located in the pottery village which is a perfect distance from both the ancient town and the more modern “downtown” area of Hoi An. One of the nicest homestays I’ve ever stayed at. From the moment you arrive, Ly and her family make you feel right at home. The place is beautifully decorated, and the room was spacious and spotless, with a wonderful bathroom—probably one of the best showers I’ve had during all my travels. I would absolutely suggest this homestay to any of my friends. The location is right in the pottery village- a super cute area, but far from the busy part of Hoi An. The homestay has bikes for free that we took to get into downtown. Ly is such a lovely host and the rooms are perfect!

The host is the sunshine herself, even when I arived close to night, she gave me a warm welcome. She made my stay special and had tonns of very helpful hints for Hoi An. I could reach her all the time via WhatsApp. The homestay is in a quiet, cozy area. To go to town or the beach, you can use the complimentary bikes. The bathroom is sparkling clean and the shower hot.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place was like a sanctuary — quiet and peaceful, unlike crowded Old Town. Our host was amazing, so helpful with advice and guidance — it made our stay in Hoi A truly special. The breakfast was always delicious — they also rented us motorbikes, which was great. Can’t recommend it high enough!

Solo female traveler SO safe! My stay with Ms Ly was by far by best in all of my travels. She took care of me like her own. The full breakfast was fillings and good. Free bicycles , and clean comfortable rooms were so nice to have after have fooled by so many places with fake reviews in Vietnam. She recommended the best banh ni and a very good tailor shop, confirmed many times if I was ok and if I needed anything. It felt like I was home with mom version 2.0! Thanks so much Ms Ly !

Lovely stay here at Terra Cotta. The owner is very nice and helpful. It is a little out of the way but if you have a motorbike this is no problem. Room very spacious and comfortable. Will be back for sure!

We had the best stay here! The room was really nice and clean and the family is the most kind and helpful. Also the location is perfect, it is chill but easy to get to the city with the free bicycle or a grab.

My stay here was great! The room was very spacious and clean. Ly was also an amazing host. She was so helpful during my stay and I can’t thank her enough for the hospitality she provided. It felt like a home away from home.
