Hospitality & Professionalism-Big 0. As a hotel owner, you should welcome everyone. However, at 11:30 PM, the staff sold my scheduled beds to someone else, leaving me and my wife alone in an unfamiliar city with nowhere to go. I couldn't find the property in Varanasi, so I contacted the owner. He answered the phone and said everything is sold out, so don't look for the hotel. I tried to explain to him how is it even possible because I had pre-booked 2 beds since 13th November.
Hostel nuevo al que aún le faltan algunas cosas básicas pero que poco a poco el dueño irá incorporando. Nos alojamos 3 noches y dormimos bien (aunque no había aire acondicionado en nuestra habitación, pero teníamos muchos ventiladores). Todo está limpio y la zona donde está ubicado es muy tranquila, aunque lejos del centro. El dueño y los trabajadores son muy atentos a las necesidades de sus clientes. Yo me encontré mal un día y me trajo algo de comida y me ofreció medicamentos. Seg...
We stayed 3 nights and slept well (although there was no air conditioning in our room, but we had plenty of fans). Everything is clean and the area where it is located is very quiet, although far from the center. The owner and workers are very attentive to the needs of their customers. I got sick one day and he brought me some food and offered me medication. Security 24 hours.
