Me equivoqué en la reserva y no quisieron ayudarme a cambiar el día, me dijeron que me buscaron hace días cuando no fue verdad por que la reserva la hice ayer y que no podían hacer nada
Hostel Castilla II was located in such a great location! The room was extremely loud at night and there were not any amenities (kitchen or common area).

Desde que llamé me atendieron súper mal nada amables ni con ganas de ayudarte , y al llegar tampoco tuvieron atención amable . No lo recomiendo, parte de disfrutar el viaje es la estadía y no fue disfrutable
Since I called they have been super bad at nothing friendly or willing to help you, and when they arrived they were not very friendly either. i don't recommend it, part of enjoying the trip is the stay and it wasn't enjoyable
Overall, everything was satisfactory. However, I wasn’t sure as to why my room had three beds instead of the single king-size bed I had booked
The overall room was nice and the location is good, but the rude management ruined the stay for my group. He was unprofessional in the way he communicated with us and was pushy for replies if I did not respond within 5 minutes of the question. He charged my room for something that was not outlined in the terms or conditions online, and it was not mentioned in the initial tour of the room. I would not recommend staying here if you want a helpful or reasonable management.
Durante mi estancia no tuve agua caliente los 4 dias, cuando mande para pedir ayuda me respondieron “proba de nuevo tiene que haber “. Asi que bueno me bañe con agua fria en invierno. Lo demas bien. La limpieza y la ubicación.
Superb location for the center city and all the sites and actions, and amazingly quiet. Easy to navigate and the staff very helpful with info on how to reach and enter.
Great location in the heart of the city! Close to metro and bus line and tons of restaurants and shops! Staff were super friendly and helped us find a laundry mat as there is not one on premise. They also pointed us in the right direction when we needed to take the metro to an event and even booked a cab for us! Room was small but sufficient for our needs.

Excellent location for walking around Madrid, a safe and quiet area.
The location is close to Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor and central to other Madrid highlights. The room was nice - though a sewer smell came from the bathroom and there were three twin beds in the room. Still think it is a great option for staying in Madrid. Feels very secure and clean.

Altamente recomendado. Habitación confortable, incluye limpieza durante la estancia, incluye shampoo, té o café. Sin duda un alojamiento muy cómodo, excelente servicio, ubicación estratégica a tan solo unos pasos de la Puerta del Sol y Plaza Mayor ( por mencionar algunos) pero realmente en cada esquina alrededor tendrás infraestructura alucinante que cuentan historias. No te lo pierdas, reserva ahora en Hostal Castilla. Pura Vida!
Highly recommended. comfortable room, includes cleaning during stay, includes shampoo, tea or coffee. definitely a very comfortable accommodation, excellent service, strategic location just a few steps from Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor (to mention a few) but really around every corner around you will have amazing infrastructure that tells stories. don't miss it, book now at Hostal Castilla. pura vida!

Tout était impeccable et surtout le calme et l'emplacement incroyable à 3 mn à pied de la Plaza Mayor et de la Puerta del Sol !!! Le seul petit bémol : nous avions une chambre au 4ème (très spacieuse) mais avec une toute petite fenêtre qui donnait dans une toute petite cour...pas très lumineuse donc mais très calme ce qui au vu du quartier tient du miracle !
Everything was impeccable and above all the quiet and the incredible location 3 minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor and the Puerta del Sol !!! The only small hiccup: we had a room on the 4th floor (very spacious) but with a very small window that looked out into a very small courtyard...not very bright so but very quiet which in view of the neighborhood is a miracle !

La habitación limpia, equipada con lo necesario, camas cómodas, la ubicación EXCELENTE!...los accesos son con una tarjeta, es muy práctico La persona de la recepción del turno de la mañana poco amable, el colaborador de la tarde todo lo contrario, muy amable :)
The room is clean, equipped with everything you need, comfortable beds, the location is EXCELLENT!...the access is by card, it is very practical The receptionist of the morning shift is unfriendly, the afternoon collaborator is very friendly :)
It was very central to Old Town Madrid. Easy to walk every where from here. The facility was clean. There was a breakfast available but never took part of it. The room we had enough beds for 4 people. We were 3 so there was plenty of extra space. I would recommend it.
Awesome place to stay in Madrid! Very private & clean. Would recommend for couples looking for more of a hotel experience.

Could not recommend more. The double room we stayed in was essentially a hotel room, for a hostel price. For this price, there’s no reason to stay anywhere else.
We only stayed for one night, but the facility was very clean, it was comfortable, and the staff were great. The location was also fantastic. Highly recommend.
