- No le pongo menos nota porque no se puede. No recomiendo venir a este lugar, me queda un aprendizaje de mi abuelo “lo barato sale caro”. Mi vuelo llegaba a la madrugada del sábado 03/04/2026 a Ezeiza, 1:30 AM para ser exacto, y previamente me comuniqué con el hostel para ver si podía hacer el check in a las 2:30 AM. Ellos me respondieron que me dejaba las claves, que descanse y hacía el check in por la mañana del 03/04. La cuestión es que llegue al Hostel y había alguien durmiendo en mi cama, me comuniqué con el Hostel y no tuve respuesta (no tienen empleados en ese horario), me comuniqué con Booking y tampoco pudieron resolver. Cuestión que cuando se levanta la persona que estaba en mi cama, le preguntan qué pasó y dice que los otros huéspedes la “ayudaron” a instalarse porque el Hostel no respondía. Yo terminé durmiendo en un sillón horrible. No vengan gente. Ahórrense el disgusto.

- 1.现在是布宜诺斯艾利斯的夏天，白天温度热的时候二十多度，但没有太阳到了晚上就很冷，在室外都需要穿外套。 但是，这家青旅白天把门都打开，热个半死，青旅里面根本不能休息。一到傍晚空调制冷，女生宿舍只有一个空调，十几张床，靠着空调的床位，晚上只有6度的样子，哗哗地吹冷空调，那叫一个酸爽。 我住了一晚上，被冻感冒了，差点冻死在布宜诺斯艾利斯的夏天，堪称奇迹。 2.整个青旅的厨房、卫生间都是密闭的，没有通风通气的状况，闷在里面，厨房间在夏天又闷又热，考虑自己做饭的建议找别家。 3.预定的时候要求留下铺床位，被拒绝。到了入住当天，说没有下铺床位。因为离空调近，要求更换床位，被拒绝，没得商量。特么的这服务人员是一口铁牙。我被冻得瑟瑟发抖难以入睡，在凌晨一点和凌晨五点，确认隔壁床上下铺特么的都没人，我不知道这属于什么情况，只能说，工作人员脑子有问题，态度恶劣，不解决问题，就给住客找茬。是不是歧视华人？ 4.入住当天下午三点开始提诉求，建议晚上不用开空调，希望更换床位，以及需要一条厚毯子。我甚至拍了其他床位的厚毯子，拿着图片给工作人员看，工作人员态度恶劣到什么程度？甩脸色给我看，还发火，真特么见鬼了。 最后我还是找到工作人员要解决问题，工作人员说，给我两个选择，要毯子，或不要。 并且要求我，要毯子，要说Please，我Please了，心里一万匹草泥妈崩腾而过。这特么是什么事情？ 5.我的床位是上铺，我建议如果你的床位是上铺，可以走人了，换一家住住。爬上床的阶梯，我自认不算五大三粗，只能够我放一只脚，床铺和墙面有一条缝隙，床又小，这算哪门子设计？？？爬也爬不上，下也下不来，而且东西容易掉下去。 6.我不得不找了Booking客服，我不知道对这家青旅有没有用，我强烈建议大家不要住这家，我现在找了附近其他的青旅，女生四人间，宽敞明亮，有阳台，风景好，价格就比这家多20元人民币。工作人员专业，卫生清洁做得很好，就是Booking上图片不好看。 无比让人生气的一次经历，希望其他人借鉴，不要住这里！！！糟糕透顶！ 另外，充电特别慢，阳台外的景色与介绍不符，丑陋！

- Na parede que ficou a cama que eu ia usar estava com mofos preto do lado, e toda lascada (velha), os armários estava com a porta solta então era inútil, o local do quarto fedia muito também. No final não fiz check in e saí daquele hostel indo para outro na mesma hora.

+ La empatia de los demás hospedados en no hacer tanto ruido, ya que eramos varias personas en un mismo ambiente (divido en box, 2 personas por box)
- Que me toco la parte de arriba de la cucheta (soy pesado)
+ Não gostei da experiência. Assim que eu cheguei ao hostel eu paguei o valor da estadia e tinha uma hóspede portenha que, além de não pagar a estadia, criou problemas desde que chegou ao hostel. O hostel não tomou qualquer providência contra ela e por fim a mesma proferiu ofensas xenofóbicas contra mim e outra brasileira, nos chamou de macacas e outras palavras pejorativas e o hostel nada fez contra ela, não nos prestou assistência. Chamei a polícia e nenhum responsável do hostel atendeu a autoridade policial, o hostel tratou a situação com total desdém. Tive que acionar o Booking para relatar o ocorrido, eles acharam muito grave o que aconteceu, cancelaram minha reserva e devolveram integralmente o meu dinheiro para que eu pudesse ficar hospedada em outro lugar.
- Detestei, não recomendo e não pretendo voltar.
+ Horrible experiencia, así como llegue me fui a buscar otro lugar,las fotos que muestran por la aplicación es totalmente diferente a cuando llegas y lo vez en persona ,habitaciones muy chicas, paredes sucias y se le salía la pintura.La verdad no lo recomiendo
+ Me cancelaron la reserva confirmada, horas antes de viajar, no conseguí otro alojamiento y perdí el viaje. Una falta de respeto
- 1. Mandatory main lights in bedroom will be ON until 11.35pm (23:35), so no matter if you want to sleep, very strong lights will be in your face until then, no matter if you have jet-lag, leaving early morning or just tired and want to sleep at 10pm - you cannot (not even eye mask will block this much light. When I queried this bizarre practice with three staff, I got no answer, but one even gave me a look as if ‘how dare I ask to turn off lights at night and sleep before 11.35pm). I was so frustrated and angry. 2. Rooms are adjacent to large reception/“social” room, which is separated from bedrooms by a large pane of glass above a plain door (how much a single glass can block loud talk?). Nowhere else to be, people are very noisy until past midnight. Near midnight I had to beg & argue for 10 minutes with a group of 20 Chileans to stop the noisy talk socialising; WORST: receptionists on premises did nothing. 3. The hostel occupies first floor on a corner of a busy traffic junction (see photo). Noisy buses, revving bikes, honking cars until late night/ early morning. And all air is just car pollution. 4. Hostel has no atmosphere, all walls are barren hospital grey (the main “social” room feels like dentist’s waiting room, cannot accommodate remotely about 40 guests/beds; lots of people seems are long-stayers, e.g. Russian men running away from military; travellers trying to save few dollars on free bed for few hours of housework etc. 5. Beds are clearly from children-furniture shop - not adult size (see photo). I’m no giant but my limbs were dangling off the edges, the ladder was barely wide to fit one hand, WORST of all: every bunkbed in the world has safety board, so people don’t fall off during sleep if having bad dream, fever or few drinks - common sense design. Nothing here, just edge of the mattress. When I went to sleep, there was no shelf to put my glasses on (or mobile).

+ A localização é muito boa, dá pra ir a pé no obelisco e tem muitos restaurantes próximos. O local é limpo e o quarto tem as beliches separas o que dá mais privacidade
- O banheiro para banho é pequeno, mas da pra tomar banho tranquilamente, apenas acho que precisava de um exaustor melhor, ele fica bem abafado e o chuveiro estava meio entupido
The location is very good, you can walk to the obelisk and there are many restaurants nearby. the place is clean and the room has the separate beds which gives more privacy The bathroom for the bathroom is small, but to take a bath quietly, I just thought I needed a better exhaust, it gets pretty stuffy and the shower was kind of stuffy

+ Eu amei que é pertinho do obelisco, tem metro, ponto de ônibus tudo pertinho. O recepcionista Paulo, um amor de pessoa, as pessoas do hostel toda também.
- Só acho que poderia melhorar no banheiro. No banho a água custava descer no ralo, me incomodou um pouco.
I love that it is right on the obelisk, it has metro, bus stop everything is right on the receptionist Paulo, a love of person, the people of the hostel too. i just think i could improve in the bathroom. no water bath cost to go down in the river, it made me a little uncomfortable.

- A limpeza é algo negativo , poderia haver mais manutenção e sumiram várias coisas minha na geladeira
The staff are incredible, the receptionist Paulo received me very well and helped me a lot. cleaning is a negative thing, there could be more maintenance and I put various things in my fridge

- Que algunas pasajeras dejaban en la habitación luces encendidas innecesarias, lo cual fue un poco molesto.

What I liked most was the comfort, the ten-seater zone, very friendly and good people! in the beds I put more steps. put a shelf and a mini locker in each bed
