+ The cleaning staff and the host were friendly and polite. I could tell they were doing their best, and the issues below are not due to their attitude or effort.

- Unfortunately, the stay itself was not comfortable. There is no air conditioning, and during hot weather the room becomes very uncomfortable. My room was on the ground floor next to the common area, so I could hear conversations and noise clearly, which made it very hard to rest or sleep. Additionally, there were visible stains on the bedsheets and walls, which affected the overall feeling of cleanliness.

- Wir haben den Besitzer nie getroffen und es war auch nicht so sauber wie beschrieben. Im Badezimmer war eine Kakerlake! Wir hatten sehr schlimme und laute Mitbewohner. Der Vermieter nahm uns nicht ernst als wir dies meldeten

- La iluminación de la habitación no era buena, tampoco la aislación acústica. Mucho ruido que provenía de la cocina y el comedor, no me permitió descansar bien.

+ Very good communication upfront. Very good breakfast, most of it homemade by the host. Clean room, bathroom and living room. Kitchen could be better. Also the payment options are very flexible.

- I think I misunderstood the other reviews where the users praised the host for his openness. He was surely very professional and supportive. But I would recommend not to expect much of warmth (may be i was just wrong to expect a warm host).

+ La estructura en impecable estado, baños limpios, cuartos grandes y luminosos. El dueño es un genio, dispuesto para lo que necesitemos siempre. La ubicación es muy linda. Se sintió calidez como de un hogar. Gracias!

+ O Hostel é uma graça, tudo muito caprichado, se pode sentir o cuidado de Charly pelo local e com seus hóspedes. Impecavelmente limpo, tanto quarto como banheiros, cozinha e áreas comuns. A cama e travesseiros super confortáveis e muito silencioso, consegui descansar tranquilamente ali. Fica em uma região excelente: perto de metrô, onibus e a região é repleta de ótimos restaurantes e bares, se pode ir tranquilamente a pé para curtir uma noite em Santiago. Charly é um excelente anfitrião, pessoa maravilhosa tbm, sempre muito simpatico e me auxiliou com dicas locais tbm. Ofereceu café, água, chá e bolo. Cozinha completa caso precise cozinhar tbm. Recomendo 100%

+ Het ontbijt was zelf gemaakt en erg lekker. De host was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

+ Charly treated me like family from the moment I booked until he helped load my bags into the shuttle. As a solo female traveler I felt safe and very well looked-after. Charly has a great deal of pride in his beautiful hostel. The bed was very comfortable with good-quality pillows and the room was clean and nicely decorated. The showers were of good size (not small like many Chilean showers). The neighbourhood has an excellent, boho night life with small, intimate local bars and restaurants that are open late. Despite this, the property is on a quiet and secure residential street. In addition to being a great host, Charly also generously held my bags at the hostel while I explored Santiago on my final day, and helped me trouble-shoot my airport ride.

- The only issue I had was with the heat, which I am not used to - there is no air conditioning in the hostel and it was a hot summer spell. However the room is well-supplied with a fan so that was very helpful!

+ Merci à Charly, qui prend soin des arrivants. Pas très loin du centre, proche de beaucoup de bons restaurants.

+ Es acogedora y muy cercana a centros especializados de salud. Además el trato del anfitrión Charly es máximo, muy amable , servicial y respetuoso.
