- I almost got in the fight with a staff member who ran in to my room while i was in shower trying to make me leave a hotel since it was sold out. I was afraid of legal consequences but i should have beat up that guy anyway. That is the only thing u regret. What an idiot . He told me we are not Marriott to let people stay pass check out time. I was on the way out anyway.

- Stanza in un hotel a 4 stelle? Un loculo minuscolo, i comodini dietro la spalliera dei letti per la mancanza di spazio, un bagno scandalosamente piccolo, senza nessun prodotto da bagno in omaggio come riportano invece le foto pubblicate e la nostra prenotazione. Solo sapone. Il avandino è minuscolo nel bagno di dimensioni circa 1,2m x1,m, c'è una colonna in mezzo... La stanza è buia, senza la luce accesa non si vede nulla. I corridoi sembrano magazzini, pieni di letti supplementari non in uso. Non mi è chiaro come questa struttura poteva ottenere la qualifica di hotel a 4 stelle.

- Bad smell. The hotel is dark, and too old. The sofa in the reception seems to be taken from trash dump (old and torn cover). Too long time check-in procedure (filling a paper form manually in 2025??, for our group of 28 people even though we booked well in advanced)..Never come back. How did they get 4 star status? I would give them max 2 stars.
+ The location was perfect for a first time traveler to Riga.
- Guests were greeted to a lobby filled with oversized furniture that was ripped with peeling leather. Towels were fraying and worn. The 1970s room carpets were stained and had obviously never been steamed cleaned. Bed covers/curtains were from the same era. Walls had peeling paint. This hotel it’s a While a great location for tourism, the bar with outside seating located 2 doors away was noisy until the wee hours. Not gots value for the money. It’s in desperate need of some maintenance. Would not recommend this hotel.

+ Bel hotel, emplacement parfait, personnel très sympa, prix attractif, décoration type château, simple mais très bon choix. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir si je reviens à Riga (qui est une ville fabuleuse)

+ Good Location, 24/7 reception, normal looking rooms with bathrooms. Breakfast is very tasty and there are lots of buffet options.
