- the room is not clean at all, a lot of insects. there is no staff during the night shift. the facilities in the room is really bad.

- Fizemos reserva em um endereço e nos mandaram para outro, completamente diferente do que aparecia no aplicativo. Um dos quartos deveria ter acomodação para 3 pessoas - havia uma cama de casal e um colchão no chão! No outro quarto, havia bolor nas paredes. Péssimo, não aconselho. Só ficamos porque estávamos muito cansadas para procurar outro hotel.

- Dirty twin room, not sure about the cleanliness of the sheets. Bad soundproofing and cockroach in the bathroom.

- Die Räume sind sehr klein, teilweise ohne Fenster oder hinter den Fenstern brennt die ganze Nacht Licht und es ist sehr hell im Zimmer. Die gesamten Möbel sind schon sehr abgenutzt, teilweise defekt. Unser Bett war an mehreren Stellen komplett gebrochen und notdürftig mit untergestellten Hockern „repariert“. Dadurch war die Matratze komplett schief, zudem war Sie durchgelegen. An der Tür vom Hotel stand noch We welcome Mastercard, dich die Dame wollte nur Bargeld akzeptieren.

- No window in the room. Door lock not very secure. Sewage coming up into our toilet when any other room flushed their toilet. The smell was awful and the noise was very disturbing. Our towels were disgraceful. Worn, frayed, old, thin and discoloured. Guests arriving home late at night making a lot of noise directly outside our room. Making tea and coffee and using the microwave oven which was about 6ft from our room. The photos on line are very misleading. I appreciate it's a budget stay but I expected a more pleasant stay.

+ Great location! The triple room was very big and clean. Remember to bring your own shampoo/conditioner.

- The beds need to be replaced. You could feel the springs through the mattress. It would be nice if some cutlery was provided in the coffee area to be able to eat a snack or cut up some amazing Thailand fruit. No food is allowed in rooms,which is understandable.

+ I had another great experience staying at Chino Town Hotel in Phuket. The hotel has a lovely charm and character, and the staff always make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed during our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, with everything well maintained. The bed was cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. It was a great place to come back to after a day of exploring Phuket. One thing we really appreciated was how helpful the hotel was with organizing transportation and activities. We booked our taxi to the airport directly through the hotel, and everything went perfectly—on time and very smooth. They also helped us arrange our ferry to Phi Phi Island, which was very convenient and stress-free. Everything was well organized, making our travel plans much easier. The location is also very convenient, close to Phuket Old Town and many restaurants, cafes, and shops. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay with excellent service. I would definitely recommend Chino Town Hotel to anyone visiting Phuket and would happily stay here again! 😊

+ 位置好，位于老城中心，出门就是老城街景。房间干净，三人间比较大。

- 我们住的房子临街，房间隔音不好，一楼的好像没有窗户。晚上酒吧噪音，11点结束；汽车噪音，一直伴随一晚。这是老建筑改造的，房子住着总觉着像是病房。
