Soul Hostel

I never write bad reviews, but i showed video evidence of bed bugs in person to the staff (I believe his first language is Spanish, didn't catch his name). i showed him the bites on my arm as well as the video of it crawling on the sheets from 5 minutes earlier, and they didn't offer to do anything. even denied it on Google when I write a review. dishonest.

The room I stayed at was infested with ticks. the staff and owner were notified, no apology and no refund were offered. when I asked for a refund , the staff became really rude and won't even let me leave my bag in the common area. Reception during the day does not speak English,and not able to provide any recommendation for travellers like me. only Brazilian in the hostel when I was there, no foreign travelers. The worst customer service I have ever encountered.

O lugar é bem simples, não possui ar condicionado nos quartos e nem ventilador de teto. E São Paulo no verão não é tão frio quanto nos outros dias do ano.

En temporada baja fue excelente, personal muy servicial, limpieza excelente,ubicación muy buena cerca de metro Trianon. El lugar es bastante pequeño tanto sitios para estar como baños y duchas, por lo que no eligiria en temporada alta, pero en temporada baja es una buena opción. El único problema es que no concurren viajeros sino gente local y que al no estar acostumbrados a viajar no respetan reglas de descanso en habitaciones

Very basic. Does the job for a few nights. Bathrooms pretty dirty and the room can be sweaty. Classic city hostel

Ótima localização e segurança.

n tem vibe de hostel. O recepcionista me acordou às 10h45 dizendo que é procedimento para que os hóspedes não passem das 11 falta de educação acordar um hóspede antes do horário ali o atendimento é o seco não existe empatia e tenho comigo que a culpa é do dono que em plena avenida Paulista dita regras arcaicas

Good value for money but not very sociable

son muy amables dos de ellos hablas español si te preocupa el idioma, muy limpio ellos te dan las sábanas para arreglar tu cama y te dan una buena cobija suave también te dan candando tiene una buena cocina y te dan desayuno un pan con queso un banano y si quieres jugo de naranja de caja o café y si quieres puedes comer cereales. buena ubicación atrás de un centro comercial, no es de mucho ambiente como para socializar pero de resto bien

Hostel com ótima localização, fica atrás da Av. Paulista, perto de tudo, eles servem café da manhã , e fica do lado shopping cidade São Paulo

Incontables veces me he quedado aquí y siempre me encuentro muy satisfecho, es el mejor hostel de São Paulo, no lo piensen, quédense aquí, buen desayuno, lindo lugar, suuuper excelente staff!. Que feliz haber encontrado este lugar que es ahora como mi segunda casa en Brasil

The staff is very friendly, I felt very secured. Met a lot of people very nice. Very tasty caipirinhas as they have a bar. The bed was comfortable. Hot shower. Very centric and perfect for walking distance places. 100& recommended, this hostel is PERFECT!

O Soul Hostel é realmente um dos melhores hostels de SP. Muito bem localizado, os espaços são muito funcionais e a equipe é ótima e acolhedora (Vanda, Mayane, Jorge e Bel se destacam)! Quando estiver em SP, com certeza vou me hospedar no Soul.

I had a great time at the hostel. It was quiet and for someone like me it was great; I need sleep. The breakfast was simple but good and filling, the staff were so helpful and, although some didn't speak English that well, communication wasn't an issue. Their English was better than my Portuguese and they were very kind when I tried speaking Portuguese terribly. The hostel is just behind the main road for shopping, eating out etc and right by the station so you can get about easily. The hostel ...

Great location however the space is very dark and in need of renovation. Good breakfast.

Overall a good hostel, good location and nice breakfast and helpful staff. Rooms are a bit small, there is few place for your luggage, especially in a 8 Person dorm. Kitchen could be equipped a bit better and the hostel is not very social

The hostel was nice. The rooms were big enough but the lockers were a little small, you couldn’t fit your whole bag or suitcase in it. The staff was really friendly, most of them spoke at least a little English and even if they didn’t, they always tried to help you.

2nd time staying here. Rooms are ok, great free breakfast. Good value and location, really kind staff. Highly recommend

Perfect location

Lovely staff, great location. Rooms are okay. Free breakfast which is amazing considering the value. However not super social. Will be coming back
