Hostal Chorro de Quevedo Candelaria

Ich wollte günstig in ein Einzelzimmer und habe die schlechten Bewertungen gesehen und dachte so schlimm wirds schon nicht sein. Es war mit Abstand das dreckigste Hostel in dem ich je war. Die Zimmer sind winzig und man kommt sich wirklich wie im Gefängnis vor. Sehr billig aber eben auch echt kacke!

Absolutely terrible in every respect, but most particularly the reception staff, who was unfailingly rude and helpful, and point blank refused to give me a refund when I decided to leave three nights early. Avoid.

horrible hostel . woke up couple of time at night from noise of people runing in the facilitie and opening of the main light out door . i do not recommend

I was told the front desk was 24 hours but they did not open the door so I had to find somewhere else to stay at 5am in the morning. I went the next day and they told me that they did not have any knowledge of my booking. Poor customer service. Avoid if you can.

Man fühlt sich etwas wie im Gefängnis. Die Zimmer haben keine Fenster und um die Matratze ist eine Plastikfolie, was das Schlafen im Doppelbett super unangenehm gemacht hat. Das Bad auch super heruntergekommen, genauso wie die Dachterrasse. Die Lage ist perfekt und es ist günstig na klar, aber ich würde es trotzdem nicht wieder machen.

Muy bien ubicado el personal de lo mejor te ayudan en todo lo que se te ofrezca muy amables. Las instrucciones malas, muy sucio todo los baños cállense, la primera noche tuve que pedir cambio de habitación las sábanas sucias una araña entre las cobijas. Me cambiaron a otra que el baño apenas cambias en la puerta la última noche llovió toda la noche y las paredes parecían cascadas dónde escurre el agua cuando abrí la puerta de la habitación se callo un pedazo del marco de la puerta q...

Very strange atmosphere with quite strange people in it. You have what you pay for, don’t expect anything. Rooms are small and broken down, the structure seems like an old prison and the room door is metal made and not very safe (ours had a broken key and could be opened with everything). Kitchen is small and quite dirty so very difficult to cook in it. Ok if you need one or two nights.

la ubicación excelente. la habitación no era muy agradable, un cuarto cerrado sin ventanas ni ventilación. la limpieza no era lo mejor. dormi bien pero el hostel aburrido. apenas como para salir del paso una noche. la cocina no tenía utensilios, ni vasos ni cucharas

The room was dirty, the toilet had poo. All the building was not clean. No hot water. Bad wifi. The mattress was broken and the sheets had holes. This place is really cheap but it doesn’t mean it has be be unclean.

Buena ubicación pero totalmente descuidado, mal atendido. No hay internet, toallas, toma corrientes no funcionan. Televisores viejos

El personal totalmente desinteresado por el servicio al cliente, como si no estuvieram trabajando. Cuando llegué no tenían mi reserva y tuve que hacer una nueva.
