+ Location

- What a dump! Terrible value for money. The room was tiny. The bathroom had mould. The fridge made such a loud noise it had to be turned off. There is no lock on the inside of the door to make sure you are safe. No lift. The grounds were unkept. Do better!

+ Rien! Je n'ai jamais eu de réponses après mes nombreuses tentatives pour les joindre par mail et par téléphone pour changer mes dates de séjour. Service incompétent.

- Communication zéro. Flexibilité zéro.

+ I got confused with the dates and tried to communicate with the hotel by mail and by app, but they never replied to me

+ No one at reception until I called on phone. Host arrived 15 mins later by car. Many rooms starting $135, we paid $170 for a minuscule dorm room. Small uncomfortable bed & uncomfortable pillows. Place smelled musty. Breakfast included was a joke, barely anything & large room was freezing-no heat. This was for dislike.

- Everything except near to Echo Point Lookout

+ Was very very disappointed in this hotel No wifi would work the fire was never on the spa was out of order and told it’s not been working for years but they still advertised it’s got a spa the sauna was off and was a drama to get it out on and staff did not care that I was unhappy with all the issues, please don’t go to this place it’s a waist of good money

- No staff at the hotel. Had to call from reception for someone to arrive and check us in. Very cold. Dated decor and unwelcoming. Rooms awful, with tired looking dated furniture. Awful curtains, rusty dented radiator in room. The most depressing hotel bedroom I've ever stayed in. Maintenance work happening and casually informed the water going off at 9.30am. Black plastic sheeting covers part of the outside roof. Hotel deserted and lifeless with no staff available.

+ It was a nice property, but sadly I haven’t been able to get ahold of them in weeks about a refund. My boyfriend and I double booked and I told them this, and they said they’d refund me, and they haven’t. I have tried contacting them multiple times and have heard nothing back. I would love to leave a good review after I get my refund back. I did enjoy the place, but wasn’t worth it for all this.

- That they won’t refund me after they said they would, and haven’t responded to me, or Booking.Com in weeks.

+ Leaving

- The room was shocking. NO heating and it was 9degc.. Breakfast was a joke/ Room did not service each day. Room had dry rot in the window frames. No lamp shade in the main room. Basically the worst place i have stayed in 50 years of traveling.

+ was very disappointed as it was our 50th wedding anniversary and we paid $648for deluxe queen bedroom and got something instead equivalent to a room worth $ 130 for a night. not happy

- uncomfortable bed no biscuits not a nice outlook drab ppaintwork very outdated heater in bathroom didn't work tv remote faulty

+ The location was central to main shops and The Three Sisters. Plenty of restaurants nearby

- Outside of building was not very well kept. Would have liked cutlery/crockery and a microwave in the room. Did have to wait at reception for quite a while after calling staff to check in.

+ Location was great. Clean and tidy room.

+ Chambre spacieuse. Salle de bains rénovée. Lits confortables.

- Petit déjeuner continental basique. Café américain, il vaut mieux prendre un café lyophilisé. Manque un micro onde, ou kitchenette. Peu de restos à Katoomba, vite complets. Une voiture est indispensable.

+ It was quirky in decor. The location was great.

- It was a bit tired as a place. We couldn’t stay for the two nights because it was pouring down and there were limited options for our small children. We ended up leaving early to our next location.

+ Comfortable,interesting architecture,welcoming places to relax

+ The staff were very welcoming and the rooms were very well appointed, spacious and clean.

+ Located close to the town center and Katoomba RSL

- Very limited breakfast
