- Nada, todas las camas ahi 3 filas de cucheta, sin aire en el dia, la gente acostada como si fuese algo militar en la guerra, para colmo no podía ni dejar el bolso xq tenía que ir a comprar candado! No tienen ni un locker con llave, tuve que salir a comprar candado en una ciudad q no conozco.. inmediatamente tuve q ir a buscar un hotel para quedarme.espantoso.
Nothing, maybe the location is good..I had to go..Nothing, all the beds there are 3 rows of bunk beds, no air in the day, people lying down like it's something military in war, to top it off I couldn't even leave my bag xq I had to go buy a lock! they don't even have a locker with a key, I had to go out and buy a lock in a city q I don't know..I immediately had to go and look for a hotel to stay.awful.

- Funcionários fazem descaso no atendimento, me desloquei de são Paulo com minha companheira chegando lá não tinha lugar para casal apenas para uma pessoa sendo que avisei que estava indo duas, descaso total, tarde da noite eu procurando hotel.

+ Minha 1 hospedagem neste hostel foi muito boa, por isso resolvi voltar,desta vez oq eu gostei foi a simpatia e atenção dos funcionários.
- Paguei 5 dias, e chegando me deparei com um quarto sem janelas e super bagunçado detalhe;quarto feminino. Não tem condições nenhuma ficar em um quarto sem janelas ainda + no RJ, extremamente quente. Mas o ar condicionado fica ligado a noite inteira no 18, só acho deveria ter foto claras do quarto,se tivesse nunca que eu escolheria. Resumo: paguei 5 dias e fiquei 1 noite, só acho que poderia ter um reembolso, mais que justo.
My first stay in this hostel was very good, so I decided to come back, this time I liked the sympathy and attention of the staff. I paid for 5 days, and when I arrived I came across a room without windows and super messed up detail; women's room. I have no conditions to stay in a room without windows yet + no RJ, extremely hot. But the air conditioning stays on all night on number 18, I just had to take clear pictures of the room, if I ever had to choose. Summary: I paid for 5 days and stayed 1 ...

- The prices during Carnival were outrageous compared to the quality of the dorm we were given (not clean, no storage, no curtains). On top of that, even though we paid €80 per night, we were only allowed to use the air conditioning really late at night. With temperatures above 30°C outside, staying in a small dorm of 12 people without AC during the day was unbearable, we were constantly sweating just trying to get ready. It was disgraceful not to turn on the air conditioning before 10 p.m., especially when they’re making so much money off guests while accommodating them in such mediocre conditions. Trying to cut costs in this situation was really inappropriate. The bed allocation was really questionable - it felt like the staff didn’t actually know which beds were truly available. The mattresses were very damp and moldy, and the small shelf next to the bed was extremely dirty, I don’t think it had ever been cleaned. Some people from the dorm downstairs even had to sleep in the hostel’s common area because they were bitten by bugs in their beds… The staff was kind and not responsible for this situation, but it is honestly the worst hostel I’ve stayed in during three months of traveling. It’s unacceptable to accommodate so many people in such a small, unclean space without proper air conditioning for €80 to €100 per night. I do not recommend it.

- Infelizmente, a funcionária que atendeu nosso caso demonstrou irresponsabilidade e evidente falta de preparo para atendimento ao público. Realizei uma reserva para meu filho, inseri corretamente todos os dados e recebi a confirmação com as informações corretas. No entanto, no momento do check-in, fomos informados de que não havia quarto disponível porque, segundo eles, o sistema teria alocado meu filho em um quarto incorreto. Tentaram atribuir a situação a um suposto erro do sistema, algo que não condiz com o funcionamento normal da plataforma. Na prática, não verificaram adequadamente a reserva e venderam o quarto que já estava confirmado por nós. Além disso, não houve qualquer iniciativa para solucionar o problema. A responsável chegou a encerrar a ligação telefônica comigo e se recusou a prestar assistência, deixando meu filho sem acomodação e sem qualquer suporte. Desde o primeiro dia, tentei entrar em contato com o alojamento para confirmar a reserva. Durante quatro dias, não obtive resposta por nenhum dos canais informados: nem pela plataforma, nem por telefone, nem por mensagens ou WhatsApp. Uma clara falta de comprometimento e profissionalismo. Após quatro horas de contato direto com a plataforma, conseguimos uma solução. Porém, o alojamento não colaborou em nenhum momento nem demonstrou interesse em reparar o transtorno causado. Uma experiência extremamente negativa: basicamente, deixam o hóspede sem acomodação e ele precisa resolver sozinho.

Primeiramente, fiz o pagamento antecipadamente das duas diarias no aplicativo da hostelworld, contudo, me foi cobrado um valor de quando fiz o check-in. Também, tive o, infelicidade, de ter airbuds(fone de ouvido) "desaparecido" no quarto onde estava. Caiu da minha cama, a que fica na parte de cima, durante a madrugada e não encontrei de manhã quando fui procurar.

+ Disparada a melhor hospedagem que tive no Rio de Janeiro. Localização ímpar, equipe afiada, cordial e solícita. Todos os quartos são suítes, a privacidade do local é fora do comum. Tenho uma deficiência e, mesmo com as escadas, não tive nenhum porém; foi bem conversado antes da minha chegada e recebi suporte em absolutamente tudo! Meu carinho especial ao gerente Rafael, à Isabela e à Cida, que foram acima da média de qualquer local possível.
- Merece uma restauração, sobretudo adequação dos banheiros que - por serem antigos - não oferecem boa acessibilidade. Renovar os utensílios da cozinha também seria um diferencial para igualar à qualidade do serviço prestado.
Shoot the best accommodation I've had in Rio de Janeiro. Unusual location, sharp, friendly and caring staff. All rooms are suites, the privacy of the room is out of the ordinary.
