Creepy vibe. Lots of people that seem to live full time in the dorm. Very not ideal for a solo female traveler…

Location is great, close to the river and Jonker night market. However, due do the fact there is no ac all windows and doors are kept open. This lead to vermin in room including mice and ants. One of the mice actually chewed through my travel companions bag.There is also an unhoused man who sleeps in front of the hostel every night but he is harmless. Showers are confusing and you can see into the first few stalls from the stairs.

Je ne suis pas beaucoup resté à l’auberge. Pour 1-2 nuits c’est bien. La personne qui m’a accueilli été très gentil. Il n’y a cependant pas d’ambiance, ce n’est pas dans cette auberge que vous rencontrerez beaucoup de monde. L’emplacement est par contre au top à proximité de tout

Simple hostel for stay in Malacca! Rooms don’t have ac and the atmosphere is not very social.

I didn’t end up sleeping there because when I came in the afternoon there were multiple older men sleeping naked in the beds. I felt really unsafe because the beds have no privacy. It’s definitely a great location and the person checking me in was nice but I would personally not recommend this for a solo non-male traveler.

The vibe was kinda off and I didn’t see many other people staying there, but otherwise a nice and clean place to stay, and good value for money.

I've been to many hostels in kl and melakka but believe me, this one just gives you that inner peace. very quiet. friendly neighborhood. very soothing and chill spot. to be honest the owner himself is a great guy, very helpful and hospitable but the Myanmar staff, John and that lady, they have this attitude, they're rude, that lady is the worst I'm not gonna lie. No manners to talk, has this ego in her. I didn't have any problems there but as a review I have to tell the legit corns. thank you

Cute Hostel in the heart of Melacca. Very friendly stuff. During the nights it can become quite hot, but they have fans to prevent you from melting

Sowohl das Zimmer, als auch die Common Area fand ich super und ausreichend eingerichtet. Möglichkeiten wie Billiard, Büchertausch und Tischspiele bestehen. John der Besitzer ist super hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Duschen und Toiletten stehen ausreichend zur Verfügung. Ich persönlich würde sagen, dass es genügend Möglichkeiten zum socializen gibt. Abends kommen recht viele Leute nebenan auf ein Bier zu Besuch, wodurch es die Möglichkeit gibt auch Leute außerhalb des Hostels kennenzulerne...

Un lugar céntrico y económico. John de recepción muy amable. Instalaciones amplias, tu propia cama y espacio. Ventiladores potentes. Baños limpios. Volvería.
