Horrible, aunque por fuera el hotel es bonito, la habitación parecía de un convento, mal olor y la cama con bultos. El baño sucio y la ducha encima del retrete,Tenía reserva para más noches y me fui después de la primera

The rooms are super tiny for the price you’re paying. There are several hotels in downtown Oaxaca with larger rooms for the same price. WiFi doesn’t reach all the rooms. And you can hear all the conversations people are having in the hotel patio. The shared bathrooms have cockroaches and get clogged several times a day. Staff is super nice, and the overall attention is great. The location is amazing, but the facilities should improve.

Friendly family and staff interact with their guests with warmth and kindness. It was an exceptional experience. 8

Muy buen lugar para quedarse un par de noches. La ubicación es bastante amena y tranquila. El hotel tiene un increíble jardín al igual que la terraza está rodeada de plantas muy lindas. El desayuno que se incluye está equis, sin embargo todo lo demás está 9/10

Los asistentes era atentos y amables. La ubicación me gustó porque estaba en una calle tranquilo y se sentía seguro. Aunque me preferiría quedarme en una habitación con un baño privado para la próxima todavía me lo pasé bien

Not social but a lovely place for a time out

if you are looking for a quiet and beautiful place in a lovely area of Oaxaca, Casa Arnel is the place for you. We had a small room, but could enjoy the terasse and the beautiful garden. There are lots of restaurants and coffee shops around, but we loved the little park 5 min to the west the most, where you can find local food and shops. The staff was really nice and we ended up staying one night longer.

We stayed in a private Twin Room. Room was small but was what we needed. Lovely hotel grounds and very tranquil. Would definitely recommend and stay again
