Die Zimmer sind winzig und die Klimaanlage war Nachts auf 27 Grad gestellt was viel zu warm war. Die Matratzen sind gefühlt aus Plastik und sehr ungemütlich. Man hat zum schlafen nur eine kleine nicht wirklich dicke Decke bekommen. Die Bäder waren recht dreckig und hatten einen unangenehmen Geruch. Es war aber schon Soc...
We were only there for one night but you can get a much better accommodation for the Peis. The photos are probably quite old as the hostel looks very worn out. The rooms are tiny and the air conditioning was set to 27 degrees at night which was way too hot. The Mattresses feel like plastic and very uncomfortable. You only got a small not really thick blanket to sleep in. The bathrooms were quite dirty and had an unpleasant smell. But it was already social.

Really didn’t like this hostel. Staff were lovely and it was a great location but the rooms m were cramped and smelt funny. Bathrooms were pretty dirty. I left without staying and moved to another hostel.
Dit hostel is veel te duur voor wat je krijgt. Je slaapt in een dorm van 3 bij 4 met z’n 8en. De douches en wc zijn vies en stinken enorm. Personeel is wel heel leuk, ze hebben ons goed geholpen.
This hostel is way too expensive for what you get. you sleep in a dorm of 3 by 4 with 8 inches. the showers and toilets are dirty and smell enormous. the staff is very nice, they helped us well.
I don’t usually leave bad reviews but don’t stay here especially if you’re a female traveller. It just felt unsafe and we were in a really stuffy small room with 8 people. We couldn’t put our stuff anywhere everyone’s stuff was just piled up on the floor. I asked to move cos it smelt so bad but they said no and then just sprayed some spray in the room. Then the bathroom just was not clean. There was like grime and bad smells in the corners of the shower. Cant even think about it.
Die Tür meines Zimmers war immer offen. Das Hostel war sehr schmutzig und das Personal extrem unfreundlich. Hier gibt es keine angenehme Gemeinschaftsräume und kein Gruppenaktivitäten. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt. Es war das schlimmste Hostel in dem ich auf meiner Weltreise war.
The door of my room was always open. the hostel was very dirty and the staff extremely unfriendly. there are no pleasant common areas and no group activities. we felt very uncomfortable. it was the worst hostel i have been to on my world tour.
I booked one night as I was arriving to Koh Tao, received a bed in a stinking tiny room (with 8 beds), no space to walk on the floor which was full of other travellers baggages, no windows in the room, no soap in the showers and some of the showers didn’t have hot water, they “rent” a towel for 50 baht as if they don’t charge enough per bed. ~400x8=3200 Baht for a little room with other 7 travellers and outdoor toilets, by far the worst ever deal “money for value” received from a ho...
Despite the lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and good location, the rooms have no air circulation and the air con is bad quality (everyone would wake with dry mouth, sore throat and stuffy noses) The room was a mess (no fault of the Hostel but rather other guests in the dorm) literally no space on the floor to walk because of bags and clothes thrown everywhere, the rooms also had a very bad smell. Other guests checked out early, and I moved onwards swiftly, surprised at the high star reviews.
Staff are so so friendly. However I would not stay in here again especially if you want to meet other people as it’s quite antisocial…. The worst part for me was the lack of air con meaning I had really poor sleep and same with others waking up with dry mouths…. Other than that it’s ok if u just need a night but I wouldn’t come here again.
Showers sucked, very little water coming out. Bricks for beds.

Süßes Hostel, als Solo Traveller vielleicht nicht das beste, aber wenn man zusammen reist, perfekt! Gute Lage direkt am Pier. Süße Katze!

This hostel is SO GOOD!! It’s very close to the pier in a good location and the staff are amazing. Everything is super clean, privacy in the rooms, and definitely worth the stay.

I found the hostel to be clean and comfortable, however not much going on in terms of social atmosphere. The free simple breakfast was much appreciated! Perfectly good hostel if you don’t care as much about social vibe.
I never felt unsafe on Koh Tao but the lobby didn’t have any doors, the bathrooms were totally open on the first floor, and my dorm room was never locked, although it could’ve been. It was annoying to have the bathrooms so far but there are two individual bathrooms on the second floor so that was nice. Biggest complaint was how hot it was. I never slept with a blanket and was still sweating even though the AC was on. Breakfast is pretty bare bones

die Leute hier sind mega lieb und bei fragen helfen dir KP und B direkt weiter. Außerdem haben sie eine liste mit ihren Tipps für verschiedene orte ,sowie auch restaurants auf der insel. Es ist sehr sauber und man ist in der nähe des Hafens
The people here are very nice and will help you with any questions KP and B will directly forward. they also have a list of their tips for different places, as well as restaurants on the island. it is very clean and you are near the harbor
no real vibe, rooms with no windows overall below average experience but absolutely doable for one night
AMAZING! Loved this hostel so much that I ended up staying 2 weeks here when I was meant to only be there for 4 nights… lovely staff, so friendly and so helpful with booking things. Amazing location close the the beach, food, 7 elevens, and pier. Food for breakfast was very easy and yummy to start the day! Bad capsules are nice and cosy, and recommend going for the deluxe room with windows and a balcony!

This was our favorite hostel we stayed at in Koh Tao!!! KP at the front desk is so amazing! She gave us so many great recommendations for things to do around the island. She made our experience at the hostel so nice and helped us with whatever we needed! KP is the best! We loved the location of de coco and the rooms/bathrooms were clean. The lobby is a great space to hangout with people and they have a TV we pulled out at night to watch movies. Great vibes all around! -Sophie & Stephen Smith
A really lovely hostel, the lady behind the desk is absl lovely, free brekky everyday & a very laidback and social atmosphere & the cutest cat ever! Comfy and spacious pods and plenty of toilets.
Wirklich nettes kleines Hostel mit guter Stimmung, aber leider sind die Dorms wirklich sehr eng genauso wie das Bad und man bekommt nur eine dünne Stoffdecke. Trotzdem zu empfehlen!
Really nice little hostel with good atmosphere, but unfortunately the dorms are really very tight just like the bathroom and you only get a thin cloth deck.
Hostel is in good location, slightly out of the main going out bit if that’s what you are looking for, it was a good location for me as i came and did diving at a nearby centre. Staff are lovely and the beds are comfy. Only downside is the showers aren’t great, not much water pressure which is kinda annoying when you come back from a day diving. Free breakfast is always a bonus
This place is alright. I was given a room with no windows and it's super cramped so not how the pictures look. Staff are friendly, decent simple breakfast and communal area is a nice place to chill. Good location with a lot around and not far from the beach or pier. Overall, I think there's better places out there for value for money.
