Athene Moon

It is a good hostel with a great owner, Dario (you won't find someone nicer). The WiFi is very fast and the rooms are comfortable. The kitchen is typical for hostels. When you read reviews about it being "quiet," that is an understatement. Most people come as a couple or as a group. It is not really a social hostel. However, Dario is cool and sociable. I ended up meeting people in town to hang out with. It could be cleaner, and I did find a couple of bed bugs my first night but they were immediately taken care of and that was likely from a previous traveler. Overall I enjoyed my stay here, and Momo the dog is so cute! She will sleep next to you when you sit on the couch.
