Hotel Backpackers Rio Dulce

Très mauvaise expérience avec un établissement en très mauvais état. Les dortoirs sont très sales, poussiéreux, infestés de cafards et lézard, lits également poussiéreux et certains sans échelle pour y monter, aucune isolation des murs, de l’eau marron sortant du robinet de la salle de bain, restaurant vide, pas de serviette de bain/papier toilette/savon… Nous avons quitté l’hostel sans y dormir dû aux trop mauvaises conditions. Hostel à éviter !

We just spend one night there. It was okay. Beds were kind of dirty abd atmosphere strange. But the staff was nice and helpful.

Very friendly owner, nice view. But no sheets to cover you at night, brown water out the tap, loud music at the bar but didn’t notice other guests, bugs, no lockers. Though i think no one will touch your stuff.. I chose to be stinky because I didn’t want to risk brown water out of the shower as well. 2 nights was too long.

L'auberge a vraiment besoin de rénovations majeures. Au début, on nous avait attribué une chambre à l'étage où il y avait un immense lit et peu de place pour nos affaires. La vue sur une cour désordonnée. J'ai demandé à être changée de chambre (nous avions loué pour 2 petits lits). On voulait me faire payer un supplément, mais j'ai refusé. Backpackers ist falsche Name für die Unterkunft. Merkwürdige Atmosphäre. Alles in allem kein Ort zu bleiben

Si lo que quieres es divertirti y pasarlo a lo grande con mucho ruido este es tu lugar, si piensas descansar y relajarte alejate cuanto puedas de este lugar. Entre la 20:00 y las 24:00 no se puede estar en el hostal debodo al ruido que genera el mismo hostal con unos karaokes y musicas altas que inoiden el descanso

Bad facilities but very kind and helpful reception. Bridge as trucks driving over it all night and it therefore close to impossible to sleep

This was just fine. I needed to spend one night in Rio Dulce to catch an early morning shuttle. There isn't a common area to hang out and meet other guests. A man came looking for me for money (long story) and I didn't like that the staff allowed him to look for me in my room. I felt unsafe exiting the bathroom to men waiting for me. Un hôtel qui pourrait être charmant si ce n'était pour le pont extrêmement bruyant juste à côté... Pas terrible pour dormir. Attention également à ne pas vous baigner depuis le ponton de l'hôtel (les toilettes fuient en partie dans la rivière).

Okay for a one night sleep when arriving or departing from Rio Dulce. A bit of a walk from bus station, but booked this because it is possible to reach by foot. The place is a bit run down and not the cleanest. Hot shower, okay wifi, also in the closest rooms. Super cheap so you wouldn't expect much more from the stay.

Fine place for a bed for the night close to where you get dropped off by the buss for the price you can’t expect anymore

Is ok for 1 night only as a stob buy to many Cat forniture old. Bed uncomfortable

Hotel Backpackers Rio Dulce, close to the City, your own Dock to chill and Go swimming, private rooms with bathroom were really cheap, chill atmosphere

Très bon hostal, mais pas de moustiquaire à la fenêtre du dortoir femmes, très bruyant car juste en dessous du pont et aucune possibilité pour cuisiner, dommage.

Nice hostel on the water! Clean and easy going. Sadly no kitchen facilities but other than that a great affordable spot! (Plus they have drinking water!)
