Kingdom Hotel Hanoi

+ If you are vegan and vegetarian, DO NOT take this hostel. They do not have any options for vegetarians. They only have bread and butter. Worst experience in terms of food. I am never booking here again!!!!!!!!

- Nếu bạn là người ăn chay hoặc thuần chay, **đừng ở hostel này**. Ở đây **hoàn toàn không có lựa chọn nào cho người ăn chay**, chỉ có bánh mì và bơ thôi. Trải nghiệm **tệ nhất về đồ ăn** mà tôi từng có. **Tôi sẽ không bao giờ đặt chỗ ở đây nữa!!!!!!!!**

+ The room was so humid and damp, and had a horrible smell. The wet space was tiny that when you had a shower, it was impossible not to almost flood the bathroom with the shower head spraying water everywhere. There was also mould around the edge of the bath where there is the gap between the wall. Thankfully we were only here for a short stopover but it was not a pleasant night :(

- Giường ngủ không chắc chắn, chỗ để đồ dưới gầm giường cực kỳ bất tiện không vệ sinh. Phòng cải tạo nên 6 giường chỉ có một nhà vệ sinh trật chội, chờ đợi rất lâu, nhà vệ sinh khai.

+ La habitación era amplia y tenía muchas ventanas, era luminosa.

- Había muchísima música en la calle y se escuchaba todo en la habitación, el ruido no nos permitió descansar ninguna de las dos noches que nos hospedamos.

- Staff refused to clean up the toilet and shower when their were urine in it. Would anyone like to stay?

+ My room has a balcony which I liked to stay on it sometime

- Some of their staff were rude, didn'tdo their jobs, pretended to do the jobs, or even attempted to one night over charged me, not spoke about the keys deposite, but instead charge for it. Well, the list is long. A few times, the ensuit toilet and shower either smelled of urine or be covered by it, I asked the receptionist to do something, it was not done or he was looking for a verbal fight with me 3 times. Well, would you like to stay?

+ Très bon emplacement, chambre agréable avec balcon donnant sur rue animée, personnel très Sympa, bon petit déjeuner

- Bruyant la nuit vu l’emplacement et enseigne clignotante la nuit (rideaux pas assez occultants)

+ Sehr günstig, auch kurzfristig, sehr gute Lage

- Wenig Programm, Kontaktmöglichkeiten, nach 24 Uhr darf man keine Zeit mehr in der Lobby verbringen, Maus im obersten Stock

+ Très bien placé dans la vieille ville et à proximité des points d’intérêts. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux

- Très bruyant le samedi soir

+ Camera top, con balcone, ben insonorizzata nonostante su una strada molto rumorosa, il bagno ben fatto, letti molto comodi e stanza accogliente.

- La colazione non mi è piaciuta affatto, davvero scarsa di qualità. In compenso il caffè era davvero ottimo!

+ Lage, Sauberkeit, Personal, Zimmergröße, Frühstücksbuffet 100%

- Zimmer hatte kein Fenster mit Tageslicht.
