Urban Slumber Hostel

Sanitäranlagen dreckig und Qualität der Betten, sowohl Gestelle noch Matratzen, schlecht! Günstig ist es, Lage ist auch ganz gut, für eine Nacht ok, aber ich würde es nicht wieder buchen.

Goede locatie. Niet sociaal. Overall prima, maar zou zelf wat anders boeken in het vervolg.

Die badanlagen lassen ehrlich gesagt zu wünschen übrig (klein, unsauber, kein Duschgel/shampoo) und die Zimmer riechen nach Schimmel… die Lage ist aber gut

Hostel is ok for what you pay, bunks are sandwiched together with a plastic partition in between which is noisy if you bump it and rough if you’re in the middle. Shower is outside the dorm, not lockable and definitely in need of some TLC. Staff were friendly.

It was not good nor bad. There was lockers for our bags and the rooms had locks. The room was okay but the curtains hardly fit the beds and were see through. The check in was 12 but we got there and they said it was a mistake and had to wait till 1 which was annoying as the main reasons we booked was for early check in. The atmosphere was boring. Location was extremely good. A big concern was they offered me free water to write a review which put in an awkward position to write a positive review

As a cheap place to stay it's ok. The facilities are woeful however (one dirty shower open to the hallway shared for like 2 entire dorm rooms). Beds were ok but it's very hard to climb to the top bunk since the ladders are halfway between two beds. The location is decent, close to train street but without too much else nearby. The main selling point is the low price but Hanoi is cheap to begin with and there are lots of better places for a similar price.

Urban Slumber is in a great location & the beds are very private, with a curtain and walls between you and the other beds. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I wish I could say the same for the other guests staying here. I want to preface this by saying I’ve stayed in hostels all over the world, and I’ve never come across other guests so inconsiderate (e.g. using hair dryers at 1am, watching videos without headphones through the night etc). This really impacted our enjoyment at this host...

The hostel had everything you need and staff were friendly. A close walk to some markets and more central areas.

Nice enough, I had no problems, but can get much better in Hanoi for the same price. No water refill and no breakfast - good location near train street. Not social at all.

Lovely property ! Helpful staff and great location. Not very social though and also the bed curtains aren’t amazing so little privacy - also there’s one bathroom and shower which is not enough for the amount of people per floor so was always busy . Overall good stay and value

Lage ist gut, Trainstreet ist ca 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Zimmer sind eng aber bequem, Betten sind top. Nicht wirklich sozial aber dafür sehr angenehm, gut für 1-2 Nächte.

A nice hostel for a short stay. The showers and other facilities were very nice and clean. The beds were big and comfortable. Not really a social hostel

In the big dorms a lot of the bed are stuck together with curtains inbetween which makes it difficult to be quiet and respect others in the room. Also very litt space between beds. Could have been more toilets and showers on each floors

LOVED our stay here!! it the calmest chill vibe ever, we loved hanging out in the hammock and egg chair every evening, the staff were lovely and helpful too. it just had an open and welcoming vibe. obviously if you’re looking for a party, then this isn’t the place for you, but i would recommend it to anyone who is looking to chill out and relax. we would 100% stay again if we could.

Not party at all. Not overly social most people kept to themselves but if that’s what you’re after or with a friend and just need beds it’s perf. Location is just down from train street and up from the old quarter which is great! Comfy beds, and nice and clean dorms in general. Bathroom clean as well. Staff were really nice! And willing to help if you have questions.

Really good place, calm and clean ! Near everything ! I recommend !!
