worst bedbug situation I've encountered, all of us had multiple bites. The staff are great, the location is amazing. Also no lockers to store valuables

BED BUGS! This has to be the worse hostel i have stayed at. first night in my bed i felt itchy, didnt think much of it. 2nd night again. i get up to inspect and i see bed bugs. i tell the reception. they tell me there a group there before me and thats why. they refused a refund. but that was ok with me. but then they started accusatory questions and suggesting i brought them. i left even tho i had 1 more night. the hostel itself is cold and dark, no hot water. and the 'breakfast' is a joke.

Bedbugs…. It was a great hostel BUT I got bit by bedbugs and they did not reply to my email about it
