Hostel plutôt bien placé, au centre ville mais c’est tout ce qui est bien. Salle de bain sale, les gens qui se disputent pour allumer la clim, ça ressemble plus à une prison qu’une auberge de jeunesse. Payez deux dollars de plus pour être plus comfortable. La réception est fermé après 11 heures, donc t’es resté bloqué dans l’hostel. Équipements vieux et sale, en tout cas je ne recommande pas

A pesar de que el hostal está bien ubicado tiene muchas cosas por mejorar. 1. Los baños, casi todos tenían las cerraduras dañadas. 2. No había agua caliente y los baños se ven sucios. 3. El olor en uno de los cuartos era casi que insoportable. (Seguramente culpa de uno de los huéspedes) Las personas que están a cargo son muy amables y atentas.

Only go here if you really need to safe money. Facilities are very bad, everything is half-broken and dirty.

The staff was very kind and welcoming, but unfortunately the facilities were disappointing. There was no warm shower anywhere in the hostel. Even after waiting about half an hour for a replacement, the shower still didn’t work, which was especially frustrating after visiting the Dead Sea. The bathroom facilities looked unhygienic, and the room had a strong smell of damp and sweat, making the stay uncomfortable

The door of the room is not possible to lock. State of the toilets with "showers" are without of all imagination. The staff forget call ordered taxi for morning trip to airport.

Was just staying one night before flying but so it did the job but of the 3 toilets on my floor 1 didn’t flush and was full of poop the other also didn’t flush and the 3rd which was a squat toilet had a non functioning wash hose… so that was a nice suprise when it was too late….

It’s an okay place to stay not too good! The host is nice and the room was fairly clean but the room got a bit chilly. The wifi wasn’t great either. But decent value for a cheap place

you got what you paid for. i was at shared room. roomies are all nice from poland. a bit old areas but totally okay. near downtown. staff are approable.

Perfect for backpackers looking for basic place to sleep. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and sheets, bathrooms were clean but getting warm showers were a bit tricky. All the staff are very warm and kind, wanting to help in any way they can, make you feel at home. The place is at the best location in the center of downtown, walkable anywhere.

Very central, close to all the tourist sites. Staff very helpful. Building a bit old so rooms look their age but they are clean so can't fault them for that. Reception is 24 hours although you do have to ring a bell to get on after 11.30. Reception person sleeps there so no issue getting back in. Common area was not biggest so not much atmosphere but if walking city or doing yours does not matter. Check out pub on rainbowstreet la Calle. Great for sport

Despite the law of non-Arabic and Arabic not being allowed to share, this wasn't applied. There were only 4 guests in 3 nights so very quiet and no atmosphere. Staff were very polite, helpful and efficient. Except for cleaning the room. On the 2nd of 3 nights I found a sim card on the floor of a previous occupant. Amazing location and value for money. I'd return here again.

Good value for money, friendly and helpful staff

Very kind and helpful staff. Perfect location, in the very centre of Amman, close to all restaurants and shops. Clean, but basic facilities, very suitable for backpackers and people wanting to enjoy the city and the surrounding sites for a few days. Good and substantial breakfast. Easy and cheap parking on the side.

Highly recommend this place. The staff are very helpful. It was my first time in Amman and I felt at home at hotel Farah

Worth the price, very good location and helpful staff

Good hostel room in a hotel, except it does NOT have 24-hour reception as claimed. The reception is closed and you are LOCKED INSIDE from 11:30 PM-6:00 AM.

Great staff & location

Located in a good position, there was nothing wrong with the facilities but you definitely pay for what you get in terms of value. I found the laundromat service expensive and it took two days for our items to be completed, but overall if you are on a tight budget it is a decent place to stay

Very well located. Simple but with everything that you need. the only thing is that it could be cleaner. For the price that you pay you can't expect much more. But it could be much more cleaner.

You definitely get what you pay for! the owner is so lovely and helpful, the location is superb and is on the doorstep of the town centre with lots of amazing food and tourist attractions nearby! The beds are clean, the bathrooms not so much however if you just need a place to stay then it's perfect!
