La habitación no era como en las fotos. Se ve que está demasiado descuidada. El calentador de agua para el café estaba sucio por dentro y se ve que llevaba tiempo así. El lavamanos era demasiado pequeño. La habitación necesita reformas, además el extractor del techo del baño hacía mucho ruido y no tragaba nada. Por otro lado, en la descripción ponía que incluía desayuno inglés y al llegar nos dijeron que no había. Estamos bastante descontentos por ese lado ya que contábamos con ...

Camera con bagno, 225, vi suggerisco di non prenderla, ha il bagno in camera, ma di fatto si tratta di uno sgabuzzino rivestito in plastica, spazi inadatti per doccia wc e lavabo, non prendetela, per la pulizia idem, moquette sporca e macchiata, letti sotto la sufficienza (molla uscita ?) Luci, ventole nel bagno cieco, televisione non funzionante, pavimento in legno esterno alla camera, al passaggio rumori e scricchiolii che si sentono in camera. La camera peggiore che ci sia mai capitata.

DO NOT STAY HERE. This was the worst hostel experience of my life. They light switch shocked me and my partner MULTIPLE times. They charged us an extra 100 pounds due to a booking issue on THEIR end. They took my towel from my room because it was white and thought it was theirs then when I asked for it back they couldn’t get me it because THEY GAVE IT TO ANOTHER GUEST. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced at a hostel in my life. DO NOT BOOK!!...

Our first night at Enrico Hotel was met with my wife getting bitten by bed bugs. The manager moved us out of the room, but I know they moved someone else in there the next day. If I could attach a picture I would. The remaining nights we slept with the lights on. So far no effort to compensate for the trouble and I have tried to get a refund through my credit card company

Mauvaise expérience, endroit pas propre et mal entretenu. Nous avons demandé d’être remboursé notre 2e nuit afin de pouvoir changer hostel; aucun suivi du gestionnaire, ni réponse à notre courriel. La personne qui s’occupe de hostel semble devoir tout faire, incluant le ménage des chambres. Les propriétaires semblent ne pas se soucier de leur hostel. Convaincu que vous allez trouver une meilleure place à Londres que cet endroit pathétique.

This hotel is below a 1 star standard to point I left a night early the room was dirty and bed bugs I left a night early and booked another hotel I would like to have that refunded I tried to email the hotel but the email bounced back. I would suggest removing this hotel\hostel off your list

Hotel très bien situé avec prix attractif mais : - porte d'entrée constamment ouverte et non visible de la réception (personne ne vérifie qui rentre) - aménagements : rideau de la fenêtre trop court pour cacher la lumière le matin ; lit double très petit pour 2 personnes (couette trop petit egalement) ; eau chaude de la douche difficile à régler - système de ventilation inefficace et traces d'humidité / moisissure aux murs

Could not close the door to the in-room bathroom. But locasion is good if you like to be close to most attractions vita bus and train transport and in a more quiet enviroment.

It was very cold most of the time. Hear turned off for most of the day and i slept in 3 layers to stay warm. And i run hot.

The location of Enrico Hotel is fantastic. I needed a place very close to Victoria Green Line Station, and the hotel was a fantastic five-minute walk away. I cannot say it for the entire hotel, but what I experienced including corridors, showers and toilets, the hotel seemed to be nice and clean. I, however, rated the whole 'cleanliness' section down as my tiny room stank of cigarette smoke, and that is despite the hotel had a 'strictly no smoking in the entire building' rule. It smelled bad!

Clean and comfortable. Perfect for my trip.Nice area near transport hubs.Lovely cafés near by

Se llega caminando desde la estación Victoria , los alrededores son tranquilos , bien conectado , el hotel es limpio y seguro , me volvería a quedar

La ubicación es fantástica y el hostel para pasar unos días en Londres está muy bien. Sim ningún lujo pero todo muy aseado y limpio. Ideal si solo quieres ir a dormir y moverte por el centro de Londres.

Great place, staff is on top of cleaning everything, and allowed us to store luggage. Never had an issue.

A conveniently located hotel. Place could use another power outlet.

Buena ubicación y atención del personal. Una noche una persona desconocida intento entrar a mi habitación y a algunas más del piso en que estaba.
