The Imperfect Downtown Hoi An

Not very impressed with this hostel. Someone came in our room to clean, water the plants EVERYDAY at 8:30 in the morning. We were 3 people travelling together and not checking out, and they came everyday. Very annoying and unnecessary. Also. We booked our bus through them, and they charged us WAY more than other people on the same bus. Even our bus ticket was showing almost half the cost of what they charged us. We emailed them, and they offered a very small amount back and a lot of excuses.

Staff was very sweet and the hostel is very clean. the location in town is really great and close to the main area but without all the noise. Lack hangout spots in the common area and not a social hostel. The hostel is right next to a school with children screaming a lot. Got woken up 6.30 every day..

the girl who works at the reception is great. she creates a very nice and friendly atmosphere. you can rent bikes. the hostel is extremely clean and the bathroom in the room is huge. cons: the breakfast is very very limited. it is a carbohydrate (pancake, crepe, toast) + banana every day. so if you don't like banana there are no alternatives. they start cleaning the room at 9 in the morning and they might bother you..

kein soziales Hostel, kein guter Aufenthaltsraum, wo man mit Leuten Zeit verbringen kann. Das Personal war dafür sehr sehr nett und die Zimmer sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Für das Frühstück konnte man immer nur 1 Sache bestellen und konnte nicht zwischen mehren Sachen entscheiden.

El personal era muy atento. Pero la habitación de 3 camas dejó mucho que desear, las camas hacían mucho ruido, había mucha humedad dentro y no se podían abrir las ventanas, las cortinas eran muy viejas y no todas las camas tenían. El baño no tenía plato de ducha por lo que se inundaba todo. La sala de estar del hostel era muy pequeña para todos.

comes with included breakfast, very clean with superfriendly staff but unfortunately it is very isolated from the city location a little far from the centre and the beds are not that comfortable, clean washroom though, something was definitely off about the place

Room wasn’t too big, but had good storage under the beds. Some of our room lamps didn’t work. Bathroom was nice.

This was okay, the staff was not as helpful as I had hoped, professional but wouldn't go out of their way to make your life easier! laundry was super fast tho and the showers were nice. Privacy curtain is only half privacy and there's not really any social aspect since there's also not really a space for socializing. I think imperfect describes it well, without being bad it's just also not excellent.

Was an okay place to stay. Rooms and beds are comfortable and staff is friendly but the atmosphere is a bit off...

friendly staff. there was no wifi connection in my room. bed curtains are too small, bathroom was always wet because the water didn't drain. the breakfast is just one pancake per person.

One of the cleanest hostels I’ve ever been to! Very modern interior and great location. The staff were really kind and helpful. I don’t think they have any group activities at the hostel, would be nice if they added this but still pretty easy to socialise here. Would be great if there was a water refill on each floor! Overall I was happy here!

Probably the most helpful friendly staff of any hostel I’ve been to! Great location, super comfy beds plus free coffee refill is a win.

One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in. The service is fantastic and everyone is so helpful. The rooms are very clean and the beds are so comfortable. It’s in a great location right next to the night markets. I kept extending because I had such a good time. Highly recommend.

Very nice hostel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hostel is right in the centre but without being disturbed by noise at night. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and nice. Very chill vibes in the hangout area.

Absolutely amazing hostel!! First off we got met my the lovely lady in reception who made our stay so much better (unfortunately didn’t get her name) always happy and welcoming and has so many recommendations of things to do and see in the area. She remembered all our names and would greet us daily and give us ideas of what to do for the day or even just with what places had events on that day. Room/bathroom is cleaned daily so very fresh and always clean. Would recommend for anyone coming!!...

Nhung, the host, made my stay in Hoi An amazing. The guide book has recommendations for local food & activities, and she provides bicycle/motorbike routes. The common room is on the smaller side but I still found the hostel to be pretty social & made friends. The 3 bed dorm was also amazing.

rooms were spotless, arrived after our sleep bus at 7am and we were offered coffee and showers. Room was cleaned daily, staff really helpful

Fantastic hostel! The staff are so lovely and kind and are always looking for ways to help or make you feel at home. The hostel is spotless and the beds are super comfy! Incredible location, right across the bridge from the old town and by the bars, but far enough that it’s quiet enough. I didn’t use the pool but it’s the cleanest pool I’ve seen in Asia! 10/10 would recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Location is amazing and because you can’t wear your shoes inside it’s fairly clean. Staff is absolutely amazing they remember your name even if you only stay two nights like me. The only thing I dislike is the bathroom situation…there is no curtain with the shower, so if someone showers the whole bathroom is wet. Other then that it was amazing!

Staff was incredible. I was really unwell during my stay and they bent over backwards to help me feel better. Really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely return

An incredibly clean and modern property near to all of Hoi An's major sights, without being too busy. The dorms were very comfortable, and thankfully had shower curtains! All of the staff were lovely and helpful, and some of the friendliest I have met so far. Unfortunately sound does carry, and even if people are talking outside by the pool it can be hard to keep the noise out, so some earplugs help!

Auberge au top, le personnel est adorable ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Proche du night market tout en étant au calme.

Tolles Hostel mit unglaublich netten Besitzern die für alles einen Tipp/Lösung haben. Die Lage ist perfekt, da es nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt ist, man aber trotzdem seine Ruhe hat. Das Hostel bietet verschiedene Trips sowie ein Fahrradverleih an mit dem ma easy die Gegend erkunden kann. Die Besitzerin hat mir für meine Ausflüge immer tolle Tipps für Cafés oder Routen gegeben. Die Zimmer sind sauber und recht groß.
