+ The room had a beautiful view from the window, and the people were very friendly and welcoming.
- The air in the room was very damp and moldy, which made it hard to sleep. They didn’t change the bed sheets, even when I asked, and the sheets became damp too. The room key didn’t work properly, which is a serious safety concern—especially when leaving the room for the day, since you can't lock it securely. The pool area felt sticky, and the water didn’t look very clean.
Started with them not having record of our booking, rectified quickly however and with a complimentary banh mi(!). Husband and wife team were so lovely, looking after my friend when he was sick and ensuring we had a good stay. Sadly pictures of the property need updating and are no longer accurate, particularly of the pool area. Room was good size and great that bikes are free to use. Overall everything was rather disorganised but can’t fault the amazing hospitality
+ На недолгий срок сойдёт. За недостатки в виде запаха плесени из-за капающего и в следствии этого действующего на нервы кондиционера который за стеной номера (проблему эту я помог устранить и сказал хозяйке, что надо с этим сделать в дальнейшем) мне сделали справедливую скидку, это меня устроило.
- В целом не плохо, нормальные и вменяемые владельцы, но номера и дворик в слегка запущенном состоянии, не сказать что ужас, но можно и нужно делать ремонт и хорощо ухаживать за территорией.

+ La famiglia che gestisce la struttura è gentilissima. Ci hanno organizzato il transfer da Danang, permesso di fare una doccia il giorno della parte partenza e regalato dolci e frutta per un lungo viaggio in bus. La posizione è ottima, vicino al mare e al centro e sono disponibili le biciclette.
- In stanza c'era la muffa dovuta all'umidità e i servizi sono basilari. È un luogo forse più adatto ad una clientela molto giovane, noi avremmo preferito più cura e più pulizia. Comunque per il prezzo che si paga va bene così.

- When we came into our room one of the towels was dirty and vaguely smelled like cat wee, but that only happened once Some washing was lost when we did the laundry service and no towels at the pool
- les chambres au rez de chaussée sont très humides, dans l’air et dans les murs ! draps humides… Piscine avec une eau pas entretenue. Espaces extérieurs agréable.
+ Era un lugar tranquilo para descansar, a la vez que visitar Hoi An. Te dejan bicis gratis y alquiler de moto en el propio hotel. Nos ayudaron con el transfer

+ The property is clean and location is convenient. We were greeted with a complimentary coffee & a fruit platter.
- The hosts technique of making a guest feel welcome is off. They are really lovely, but you can’t enter or leave the property without a full on conversation about your day, where you going, what you’re doing etc. Maybe they think they are coming across interested and welcoming but we found it really uncomfortable.

+ La gentillesse des hôtes, la mise à disposition de vélo qui permettent aussi bien de rejoindre le centre ville que la plage. Bon petit déjeuner à la carte. Piscine très agréable. Chambre spacieuse.

+ Πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό, καθαρά δωμάτια και αρκετά μεγάλα
- Ο εξωτερικός χώρος θα ήθελε λίγο παραπάνω περιποίηση, ειδικά η τουαλέτα δίπλα στην πισίνα.

+ We absolutely loved our stay here - the room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the amenities were all great. The place is really pretty and nicely decorated and the pool area is lovely, we spent a lot of afternoons relaxing there. The location is good, we stayed 12 nights & everywhere is walkable took about 20 mins to the busier area and 40 to Old Town but they have bikes you can use and there are also restaurants nearby & grab if you don’t want to walk. The housekeeping was amazing and the room was always spotless and the staff were absolutely lovely, so welcoming & helpful. We will definitely be staying here again in the future and would definitely recommend.

- La première chambre que nous avons eu sentait l'humidité et présentait des traces de moisissures dans la salle de bain. Nous avons demandé à changer et la propriétaire a été réactive en nous proposant une autre chambre.
+ Lieve uitbaters, lekker ontbijt, ruime kamer. Prima prijs/kwaliteit!
- De airco maakt 's nachts zeer veel lawaai en de kamer is een beetje vochtig. Dat zijn de enige kleine minpunten. Wij waren tevreden!

+ The rooms were huge and super clean, bed comfy, breakfast so huge and delicious. Staff were so friendly and helpful We rented a scooter from them Area had great restaurants nearby and rice fields to explore. 7 mins to Old town too. Thanks we will be back

+ Beliggenheden. Service. Prisen. Værtinden var meget hjælpsom og ansvarsbevidst. Stort værelse og badeværelse. Aircondition. Altid friske håndklæder. Sæbe og kildevand blev ofte genopfyldt. Små portioner til morgenmad, men de var frisklavet, og altid en tallerken med frisk frugt til morgenmaden. Gratis cykeludlejning. 10-15 minutters cykling til Old Town & Night Market. 10-15 minutter til nærmeste strand, Vegetable Village og Coconut Boats. 20 minutter til An Bang Beach og seafood-hypen omkring stranden. Hyggeligt og hjemligt miljø. Det var slidt, men holdt godt. Kan stærkt anbefales.
