+ Nothing, we stayed in the room less than 2 hours due to the quality and condition of the room
- Everything, the room was not what was advertised, there was a huge mould water stain in the corner of our room. The aircon smelt damp and disgusting. The whole room smelt damp and mouldy.

- עובדי המלון לא עזרו לנו כשאמרנו שאין מים זורמים בחדר ונאלצנו לעבור לחדר אחר. עובדי המלון צחקו שאמרנו להם שיש לנו שני עכברים בחדר. עובדי המלון הכו אותי כאשר לא הייתי מוכן לשלם עבור אופנוע שלעולם לא לקחתי והפחידו אותי מאוד

- La limpieza es bastante deficiente. La habitación daba a un patio en el que un motor sonaba durante toda la noche.
It was dirty and we had some shards of glass and dead animals in the bathroom. Furthermore our blanket was dirty. In the night they are some really loud noise every 10-15 minutes. We only stayed one night there. I can not imagine to stay longer there.
I booked a double room for two nights. The beds were nice and room clean. But the rooms are connected by a thin door which meant I could hear every noice coming from the room next door. The worst part is my girlfriend arrived very late and security wouldn’t let her in at first. After some shouting we were allowed in. The next day the owner tried to charge me extra because “I didn’t tell her there were two of us”. When it clearly states on my app I booked a double room for 2 peopl...
- bathroom had a bad smell, and the room had many mosquitoes. The hotel was under renovation upstairs, so there was noise from drilling all afternoon. The host had a party on the ground floor, and we could hear the noise, making it difficult to sleep until 10 PM

- Nos tocó en el cuarto piso y el edificio no tiene ascensor para subir o bajar las maletas fue muy agotador xq tampoco hay nadie que lo asista a uno. Poca información, no hay servicio de desayuno ni restaurante tampoco, las fotos de la publicidad son muy alejadas de la realidad. No volvería.
- Đèn thang máy, đèn hành lang, đèn phòng rất tối, rèm hỏng và chỉ có 1 lớp, thoát nước sàn nhà WC rất kém, phòng WC không có thông gió

+ The room was a perfect size for our family 2 adults and 3 teenagers. A queen and 3 single beds. The location was great.

+ Sehr zentral und somit kurze Wege zu old town. Personal war sehr nett, Preis/Leistung war echt top.
- Es war leider nicht ganz so sauber, im Zimmer gab es viele kleine Ameisen und auch Mücken, daher haben wir uns nicht ganz so wohl gefühlt. Der Kühlschrank hat auch nicht richtig gekühlt, das war aber für uns nicht weiter schlimm.

+ Excellent hotel. The receptionist helped me with my bus ticket, fixed the lock on my backpack, and was always there for me. 100 out of 10. Thank you.

+ Personal ist sehr freundlich.
- In unserem Zimmer roch es unangenehm. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein und wir hatten mehrere Moskitos. Das Zimmer schien sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Für eine Nacht war es okay.
