Hotel El Arroyo

- Al lado de un restaurante que tiene la música con todo volumen y no dejan dormir, alrededores muy turbios por la noche...no es el lugar para descansar

+ Las chicas de la limpieza son excepcionales, sin comentarios. Creo que es lo único que sirve en ese hotel

- El personal de Recepción a mie trataron mal.

- Extremely rude staff, I didn't see a smile on their face. Nobody don't speak English! The room was small, uncomfortable. The hotel has a hundred bosses and when you agree something with one, the other one doesn't acknowledge it. In principle, avoid in a wide arc and look for a place where they will be happy that you are their guest, not sad!

+ The only good think I can think of is they let us check in before time. The other good thing was the waiter at the restaurant was very nice. Other than that everything was disappointing.

- The room looks nothing like the pics. There was no window, no mirror in the bathroom, the bed was uncomfortable and worse part: there was not hot water. Both shower and sink were really cold

- El personal desatento, de lo peor, tuve que cambiar 3 veces de habitacion por ruidos o porque no funcionaba la tv, tarde mas de 2 horas en instalarme, por la mañana a las 10:30 ya estaba sonando mi teléfono para que fuera dejando la habitacion, cuando le digo al chico que si le habian dicho los problemas que tuve por la noche para instalarme me dice sin mirarme a la cara "que eso no es relevante". El agua de la ducha estaba fria. Pague un desayuno que no consumi.

- The employees (except one) are uncaring and only speak Spanish and didn't know anything about the city

- No te ayudarán en nada es como si le estorbabas
