+ Surely, the best of the place is the staff working there. Kind, friendly, attentive and helpful. Total beds, only 8, makes it a quiet and small place not crowded at all.

- For the rest, mattress is hard, toilets have no privacy and are in a different floor, so every time you have to go, it means climb up or down on a very steep ladder. There is not really common place to stay and there are clothes hanging all over the dorms You have around better options for the same value

- didn't like being called several times after I booked just to let staff know that I was still coming. There were several calls and I found that really annoying since on this trip I don't want to hardly use my phone and I'm on vacation. It clearly stated that cancellation can be done anytime. Than why the annoying calls? Than change your policy for the 2 days I was there the showers smelled bad didn't like the stairs hard to walk up and down and also bathrooms only on first floor and the kitchen sink used as a wash basin after using the toilet bed curtains you can see through place very small a bit clicky

+ very clean and nicely decorated in a modern style, no bugs or mosquitoes. 2 pillows and blanket so comfortable, beds have a lot of privacy, strong air con in rooms. great showers with one hot shower, one cold shower option decorated in bamboo, fresh towels provided. nice kitchen facilities to use and a free tea or coffee served with a smile every morning. staff are so friendly and can help you book things to do, good location as not too far from the waterfalls and zip line, overall great price for stay

- the mattress is very hard and a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. stairs are very steep so a bit difficult for luggage and bags. slightly uncomfortable that the toilets are in the kitchen. only small lockers and not much space in the rooms for bags. would be great if the balcony was opened up to let in natural light as there are no windows

- There was a terrible smell of ammonia in the hostel which is really dangerous to be inhaling. This was due to the resturant behind the hostel cleaning their kitchen but did effect our stay. The staff had left all the windows open which was making it much worse so I had asked him to keep them closed. Showers could be cleaner and the kitchen needs a good clean/tidy. Rooms are small.

+ Very nice and stylish hostel! The dorm was nice and cozy with AC.

- There was constant smell downstairs but didn’t smell in the dorms.

+ Auberge parfaite. Propre, calme et avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Le café/thé offert le matin et l’eau gratuite sont un gros plus !

+ My favorite hostel in all my 6 months of travel in Asia. Everything is thought to make you feel comfortable, and every detail made for the backpackers : hooks, curtains for privacy, comfort bed, ... The tiny space creates a feeling of home far from home. And the free coffee/tea in the morning can create nice moments of sharing with other travelers. The location is also very nice, surrounded by good street food shops and not so far from the central market and the Mekong.

+ Auberge très confortable, agréable, joliment décorée avec raffinement. Dortoir de 4 bien douillet. La literie sent bon le propre. Douches spacieuses séparées des toilettes avec crochets et tablettes. Très bon café offert le matin. J ai adoré

+ C'était propre, calme et confortable. C'est un très bon rapport qualité prix. Noy est accueillant et disponible. C'est l'une de mes meilleurs auberges au Laos. 2 chambres de 4 lits. Les douches sont top.

+ Lovely little hostel with a very homely vibe. Beds were comfortable, shower was also hot with good pressure (cold-only shower available too if preferred). Owners were very friendly and offered a free locally-sourced coffee every morning too. Their level of English was also excellent. The hostel overall felt very clean, and it’s one of the few so far I’ve seen with a kitchen available for guests to use.

- Rooms don’t lock and no lockers in the rooms (some available in the lobby), but overall I felt safe.
