- Temizlik sıfır odada her yerde kıl çöp vardı odanın kokusu çok kötü koltuklar yırtık sigara yanıkları var Normalde Güzel bir otel İyi temizlense koku olmasa ve koltuklardaki sigara yanıkları olmasa iyi bir otel

- لقد حجزنا لثلاثة أشخاص ووجدنا الخدمات لشخصين وطاقم التنظيف سئ جدا رائحة الشقة رطوبة

- الشقة التى سكنت بها بالفندق رائحتها سجائر والكنب لم يكن نظيف وعند انتهاء الإقامة اتهموني باني السبب في تلف دش الاستحمام واخذوا مبلغ تجاه ذلك

- The property was very dirty on arrival we were told we are given a fantastic and large apartment.. the property was not clean, dust dirt dirty shower and toilet sheets dirty towels with brown marks and almost all furniture dirty... no kitchen utensils at all despite asking for it.. it was absolutely shocking... We asked for cleaning next day .. we couldn't get over how bad it was.. We constantly were asking for items... I have never experienced anything like this.. The area of the property is really busy with cars coming in and out almost 3/4 times we nearly got in accident.. The car park has very limited lighting..the car park attendance every day kept us until he checked the number.. We asked for cooking utensils we were given restaurant like items! I genuinely feel I was cheated out of my money and I should receive full compensation...

+ Ich war mit meiner Frau in diesem Hotel und leider war unser Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Der Balkon unseres Zimmers war bei der Ankunft stark verschmutzt, was bereits einen schlechten ersten Eindruck hinterließ. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir versichert, dass dort keine Arbeiten stattfinden würden, insbesondere nachdem ich wegen der Umstände einen Zimmerwechsel verlangt hatte. Trotz dieser Zusicherung kam es zu einer äußerst unangenehmen und inakzeptablen Situation: Während wir uns im Zimmer ausruhten, betraten plötzlich drei Arbeiter den Balkon und begannen direkt vor unserem Fenster lautstark zu arbeiten – ohne jegliche Vorankündigung oder Rücksicht auf die Gäste. Diese Störung war nicht nur sehr laut, sondern auch ein massiver Eingriff in unsere Privatsphäre. Ein solches Verhalten ist für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie völlig unangebracht. Es mangelte an Kommunikation, Sauberkeit und Rücksichtnahme auf die Gäste. Leider kann ich dieses Hotel daher nicht weiterempfehlen.

+ Постоянно останавливаюсь там, рядом ресторан магазин, удобно если вы в этом районе, номера чистый, персонал все хороший, всегда готова помогать . Особенно благодарность Emıc, Veysel, Muhommed. Baris, Furkan .

+ I always stay in this apartment hotel when cone to Istanbul. Feels like home by now. Stuff extremely kind end helpful I end knowing them by names. Reception Baris Furkan and Vesysel. Housekeeping Mehmet and technical assistant Umut. Any issues starting from extra clean or light stop working just contact reception and gets resolved instantly
