Unbelievably high in price! Just book a hotel instead tbh

We love the mission, but no breakfast was a huge disappointment traveling with kids. Right by the stadium was a little loud and bright, and no real kitchen facilities

I cancelled my reservation but the hostel changes me anyway!!! I had to change my teavel plans because of a hospital visit. Despite two emails to the hostel cancelling the reservation they attempted to charge me!

Was not worth the money I paid.

Hôtel propre et bien placé dans la ville de Vancouver… Néanmoins, j’avais réservé pour 2 personnes et on nous a donné une chambre avec un lit simple …aucun lit d’appoint, ni changement de chambre : mon fils a dormi par terre !!!!! Et comble du comble, le premier soir, il n’y avait pas de toilettes à notre étage , il fallait descendre un étage pour avoir accès au seul toilette ( un seul par étage , et dans un local avec une douche ( deux douches par etage )) …à ce pris l�...

Decent but only 1 toilet per floor, or a weird common toilet between two rooms without a lock. No utensils or cookware in the kitchen, making it completely useless.

Great location, clean, not much space in the room especially if you have 2 suitcases. Nice to be able to support the YWCA.

My stay was really nice there and I recommend it . The only huge downside is that as a guest you still have to pay a non refundable £2 deposit to get a towel (towel that you give back) Pay £5 to use the luggage room for 8h (or £2 for 2h no in between) Laundry and dryer for £10! This part is a total ripoff. The prices at the cafe are also outrageous. I guess this is London vibes now. Hostels main mission is to keep affordable prices for travellers and this is not the case h...

The best thing about Hotel Willo is that guests can use the YWCA Health and Fitness centre 10 blocks away, which has a 25m pool, large hot tub, sauna, steam room and gym

Absolutely spotless clean. Single room shared bathroom was perfect. Kitchens available but with limited pans. Enough for me to heat some breakfast. Outdoor roof seating area is delightful.. Downtown location is great to explore Van. I had 4 nights and loved it as a base. I would stay again if I ever came back.

The hotel had everything I needed for me short stay. The room was a good size, good bedroom and the location is very good.

I liked my stay at this hotel and would choose to do it again. They upgraded our room and gave us free ice skating tickets. It was a great stay!

Great value! Friendly staff—they upgraded us without us asking! Beds and bedding were nice and comfortable. Soaking tub and shower were excellent! Body wash and lotion felt luxurious too! It felt secure, and a very walkable location to shops and stadiums. The customs agent asked if we felt comfortable staying there before we got there—it made me nervous; but it was great! So don’t let that deter you. It was a 15 minute walk from the Amtrak train station. I’d definitely stay...

Very good location. Clean & tidy. Well maintained. Kitchen & laundry facilities are great.

YWCA was much better than expected. Everything including the shared bathrooms were always pristine, and the hotel included a small gym at no extra cost and a laundry. Staff was always available and despite some roadworks the area was safe to walk even at night. The only pet peeve were the pillows, that I found too thick and a little uncomfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at YWCA. Good location. Rooms were nice.

The location & all of staff is very nice. The room and shared bathroom were very clean and nicely equiped. The only negativ point is that with the shared bathroom, situated between two rooms, it gets really noisy - since you will be hearing everything that‘s going on either in the bathroom or the other room.

The service was outstanding. They even helped me with a booking mistake I made. They wouldn’t have to do it but still did.

Great place for a decent price in Vancouver, nice and quiet, clean, and very safe. Most annoying part was that there were so few bathrooms, but minor inconvenience at best, just had to wait a bit to shower and such.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean including the shared bathroom. Vanity in bedroom was a plus. Bed was comfortable. Good location within walking distance to all the attractions in downtown.

Excellent hotel, great location and good price

Really enjoyed my time here! The staff were very friendly. I stayed in a private ensuite room with my travel companion and we throughly enjoyed our weeks stay. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. There are multiple kitchens in the building, which were generally well maintained. The outdoor terrace was closed due to construction which was slightly disappointing. I also found the fitness centre to be basic. Overall, I would recommend this location when visiting Vancouver!
