En lo que a seguridad se refiere sí tiene, pero hay personas bebiendo y fumando en la puerta que dicen que viven ahí y le dejes la puerta abierta (nunca lo supe) y eso no le da confianza a nadie. Es más hotel, está preparado como “empresa”, hay lugares más baratos con habitaciones más grandes en toda La Habana. Si quieres pagar algo en pesos te hacen el cambio a 250 (la calle lo cambia máximo a 240). Si quieres pagar en euros, precio normal (agua pequeña 1,50€).

Our stay was OK to good. The room is very beautiful, bathroom clean and AC works perfectly. The stuff didn’t make us feel too welcome and the breakfast was the smallest we had in our whole stay in Cuba. As everywhere in Cuba you need to pay in cash (€ or US$) so make sure you bring enough!
Die Unterkunft war an sich nicht schlecht, aber es wurde nur Euro akzeptiert. Nach langem hin und her könnte ich dann doch in CUP zahlen. Aber zu einem schlechteren Wechselkurs. Auch Getränke vom Kühlschrank durfte man nicht nehmen wenn man keine Euros hatte. Mal ne Ausnahme machen scheint zu viel verlangt. Eine Nacht hat gereicht.
Idéalement situé dans le centre de la Havane, cette casa est parfaite pour se promener aux alentours et découvrir la ville à pied. Le lieu est propre, le personnel est aux petits soins (mention spéciale pour Ana qui a été excellente avec nous), l'accès gratuit à Internet subit des coupures mais fonctionne, la terrasse est très agréable et la décoration chargée donne étonnamment un charme particulier à la casa. Frank, Giovanni and Anna were so hospitable and nice. I felt safe and at home. The room was clean, water was warm and the breakfast was delicious- i suggest taking advantage of it each day you are there. However, do NOT buy the cigars from anyone other than a certified cigar shop. They are FAKE Cohiba’s. Theyre cheap to buy and for good reason. Im sure they didnt even know, however.
the hostelkeeper are a real warmhearted family, with cuban humor, quiet and helpful.
