+ The location was very close to restaurants, train station and things to do. The studio was spacious and the roof lounge area was good.

- The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I arrived at 8 pm and they had the room heated to 100 degrees. I called the host and they told me that someone would come to fix the AC in a few minutes. Two hrs later we were still waiting. Eventually I was able to get a hold of the AC guy and he had no idea what I was talking about. 4 hrs later we finally had the room down to 80 degrees. The customer service girl couldn’t give a care because it’s out sourced overseas it seems like.

+ This property had so many faults that out weighed and possible positives.

- Firstly, the advertised address was incorrect and we had to pay extra for our driver to pick us back up and take us to the correct address. We often choose accomodation based on the location and the change of address had us in an area that did not have any restaurants we could walk to for meals and it cost us more for transport to our pre booked day trips as we were further away from the original address. 2. 4 of the 5 air conditioners in the bedrooms didn’t work. 3. The televisions didn’t work. 4. 3 of the showers had no shower curtains creating a slop hazard on the bathroom floors. To top it all off when we asked the property if they could come and fix the air con and televisions, they said they could send maintenance over. 2 of our guests stayed at the property for a whole day and no one arrived to fix them. At 8.30pm we get a knock on the door from the TV repair people who we told them not to bother due to the inappropriate time and that we were leaving the next day. Then at 9pm the supposed property manager arrived. All of the above issues were discussed and he told us he had the ability to offer a partial refund due to the issues. Since leaving the property we tried to follow up with the property and all I have gotten in reply are a few words and no real response. Myself and my 6 other guests to this property rate this as the worst property we have ever stayed at and do not recommend this property to anyone due to their lack of communication, sub standard facilities and failure to provide adequate service to their customers when there are issues.

+ Unfortunately, nothing positive to highlight about this stay.

- Disliked · The area has constant sirens day and night, which made it very hard to rest. · The unit had bugs, which was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. · I was also charged a $250 deposit that has not been returned. I was repeatedly told to “wait for accounting,” but the delay felt intentional. It seemed like they were waiting for the 30 day bank dispute window to pass. I would not recommend using this property as an Airbnb. Based on my experience, the deposit handling felt dishonest and unprofessional.

+ Nothing. They scammed us

- They scammed us by asking for a down payment through zelle. They gave us a registration form by having us take a picture of my debit card and sending it. The property was not the same as the one we had originally purchased. After we sent the picture of the debit card, they stopped responding to my messages. We didn’t end up staying in the property.

+ Wasn’t a lot to enjoy about our stay unfortunately.

- Firstly the apartment I booked wasn’t the apartment I ended up staying at. The location changed without little communication. I couldn’t get a straight answer out of the booking company which led me to believing I was getting scammed. Finally after hours of back and fourth calls and emails we finally arrived at the location we were were staying and the facilities we less than impressive. Location was poor, facility small and didn’t suit 3 people overall it was very difficult to enjoy what LA has to offer.

- HORROROSO, NEFASTO. Me estafaron, me ofrecieron una estancia en Downtown los Angeles y está ubicado en pleno barrio mexicano, peligroso y lejos de TODO, es un lío si vas con auto y te toca la última unidad, porque o no puedes entrar (por los vehículos que estacion a la entrada) o no puedes salir (por la misma razón)...Si te mueves en el metro es aún peor, Lleno de Homeless y drogadictos... hediondo y aterrador. Quiero mi dinero de vuelta y que por favor no sigan publicitando como que el lugar está en Little Tokyo porque NO ESTÁ AHÍ. HORRIBLE Y LO PEOR DE TODO ES QUE PIERDES MUCHO TIEMPO LLENDO Y VINIENDO. BLOQUEEN ESTE TIPO DE ARRENDATARIOS!

+ Nothing really the place was in a different place from downtown

- The communication is the worst, instructions aren’t clear , lie about the property location, I had a toddler with me and they gave me a 3 story apartment

+ Location was convenient. Street parking was acceptable. Amenities inside the unit were great. Especially liked the washer/dryer. The complex was quiet.

- Ac cooled well while running but everything we came back to the unit it seemed warm and stuffy. The bed was adequate. Not great but not terrible either. The sheets definitely could use an upgrade.

+ Espacioso.

- No pudimos dejar en consigna las maletas. Las ventanas no tienen persianas y entra mucha luz. No hay sartenes y poco vajilla.

+ The rooms were clean damages to the stairs not the best damaged

- The parking wasn’t great either messed up when got there not available to park inside only outside of complex.

+ The property is a walking distance to the public transportation. Very clean and comfortable.

- Bed is good but the headboard is not fitted so it is making a noise when you are moving in bed.

+ I liked that it was spacious and had two bathrooms and washer and dryer. Feels like home. Very quiet and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

- I didn’t like that one bed in each room had a broken bed fame and bed was uncomfortable. Also the person who stayed before me didn’t leave the parking pass and I was out of luck on the parking I had reserved and I lost 2 hours trying to get help so I can have a good stay without worrying about my car even though I couldn’t leave because when i would be stuck out side the garage. Would be nice to have someone on call or on site near by to get help.

- There were too many text messages from too many people. Too many contact numbers which can be confusing. The company changed our apartment at last minutes.

+ The apartment truly lives up to its name—very spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with natural light. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the space had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The layout made it perfect for relaxing after a day out, and it felt both cozy and upscale at the same time. The location is excellent, right in the Arts District with plenty of great spots for food, coffee, and exploring nearby. Check-in was smooth, and the overall experience was hassle-free.

+ Apartment felt modern and quite spacious, everything we needed was in there, parking was secure and easy to use, views from the rear of the building over LA were really good, good outdoor spaces in the building.

- Blinds were damaged and difficult to operate, sofa bed was very thin and not comfortable and wasn't setup when we arrived.

+ This apartment was the perfect base for exploring downtown Los Angeles. Everything inside was spotless and well-maintained, and the amenities made my stay incredibly comfortable. I especially enjoyed walking to Grand Central Market for a variety of food options. The nearby Walt Disney Concert Hall added a touch of culture and architecture to my trip. I would absolutely stay here again.

+ I had an amazing stay at this apartment. It truly exceeded my expectations. The space was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. One of the best parts was being just steps away from Little Tokyo, where I enjoyed incredible food and vibrant culture. I also loved exploring the nearby Arts District with its trendy cafes and street art. Overall, the location and comfort made this stay unforgettable.

+ This apartment was exactly what I was looking for during my LA stay. The space was comfortable and well designed. I loved being close to the Arts District’s creative scene and Little Tokyo dining. Everything from coffee shops to nightlife was walkable. I’d definitely stay here again.

+ I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment. The unit felt modern, clean, and very welcoming. The location made it easy to explore Little Tokyo, galleries, and local bars. I especially enjoyed spending time around Angel City Brewery and nearby eateries. It’s a great spot for city living.

- We had problems with the air conditioning during our seven-day stay. We filed a complaint, but they never fixed it, even though it was extremely hot. We paid for this apartment for the amenities and received no repairs.
