We made the reservation online. when we arrived at the medina at night, they told us that we had no accommodation. we stayed on the street.

Tiene demasiada puntuación, la gente amable, la ubicación perfecta, pero las instalaciones no están a la altura de la puntuación que tiene. Es un hotel que en su tiempo sería muy bueno, pero no se ha debido tocar en 40 años.
It has too many scores, the friendly people, the perfect location, but the facilities are not up to the score it has. it is a hotel that in its time would have been very good, but it has not had to be touched in 40 years.

De hygiëne in de kamer is beneden alle peil! De kamer wordt klaarblijkelijk nauwelijks schoongemaakt: vloer en nachtafeltjes zijn heel vuil. Nachttafeltje: er lagen restjes vlees en zout op, etensresten van een vorige gast; heb één van de nachtafeltjes zelf schoongemaakt met papier en water en het was potzwart... (wellicht in geen jaar of meer afgewassen). Vloer: tapijtje was zo vuil dat ik er zelfs barvoets niet durfde op te staan uit smetvrees. Doe daar a.u.b. wat aan en gasten zijn te...
The hygiene in the room is below all levels! The room is obviously hardly cleaned: the floor and nightstands are very dirty. Nightstands: there were leftover meat and salt, the rest of a previous guest's dinner; I cleaned one of the nightstands myself with paper and water and it was potzwart... (well, in no year or more washed). Floor: the carpet was so dirty that I even barvoets niet durfde op te staan uit smetes. Doe daar een a.vreu.b wat aan en gasten zijn tevreden
Contrairement à ce qui est écrit lors de la réservation, le déjeuner n'est pas inclus et le chambre ne sont pas chauffée. C'est un vieil édifice en fin de vie dont les chambres habritent des migrants qui ne peuvent malheureusement trouver mieux. C'est sale, mal entretenu et je me demande ce que cet hôtel fait sur Booking. Je suis arrivé là avec deux enfants parce j'avais lu que les familles étaient les bienvenues. Nous ne sommes même pas restée. Ça n'avait pas de bon sens.
Contrary to what is written during the booking, lunch is not included and the room is not heated. It is an old building at the end of its life whose rooms are inhabited by migrants who unfortunately cannot find a better one. It is dirty, poorly maintained and I wonder what this hotel is doing on Booking. I arrived there with two children because I had read that families were welcome. We didn't even stay. It didn't make any sense.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Cascade. Great location and the price is right. The employees were especially sweet and helpful. Would recommend!

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Cascade. Great location and the price is right. The employees were especially sweet and helpful. Would recommend!
