Staff was really nice, everything was clean and inside I felt safe but the area is really not safe at all. You should not walk around there and always take a taxi.

ok stay for a medium price. the area is dangerous, music coming from the hotel on the other side the strees till late.

We stay in a room for more or less 8 persons. the beds are confortable. there is ac after 9 pm until 9 am. the restaurant is very good as it is the entire staff. We use the laundry and there was a little mistaske with our clothes, but at the end everything was ok.

We enjoyed our short (2-night) stay. Casa Tunido is a beautifully desiged space, perfect location, clean, friendly staff (we were dealing with Mayra exclusively during our time). The intake process seemed a bit excessive and intrusive (for North American standards anyways) - not sure why our profession, for example, should be of any need, unless the owner is looking to gather demgraphics for his personal market research or something like that. In any case we'd hope to be back some day.

Overall I did not enjoy staying in this property. Felt the surrounding area was unsafe, especially for a solo traveller. the lock on the bedroom door did not feel secure and the private shower had no temperaturetemperature control and the water flow was weak. Really enjoyed the food and cocktail. The staff were kind and friendly.

A fine place to stay. I did find the noise from the staff a bit ridiculous, in the day they spent hours blasting K Pop so it was impossible to relax. This is not a party hostel so there was no need.

I enjoyed my time here, it was a pretty chill place (not super social) and the beds were nice and comfy. The door is always locked so that was nice because it felt quite sketchy on the streets, especially at night. The only negative is that there isnt that much space to chill, there are hammocks but they are in the sun during the day and you'd roast to dealth in the santa marta heat.

Good value place to relax before and after the lost city trek. I liked the location just a couple of blocks from Carrera 3 and Plaza Novios with bars / restaurants. Lots of space to relax in the hostel. Food in the restaurant was good and good value. The private room was spacious. The en suite bathroom is actually open to the bedroom (no ceiling) so not very private and shower is cold (not a problem given the heat in Santa Marta). Wi-Fi connection was patchy, so may be an issue if you were tryin...

We had a great time at Casa Tunido. The location was very central and Dimitri was a wonderful host - highly recommend!

Highly reccomend this hostal, as soon as we entered the staff were lovely. The place is stunning with lots of communal áreas and hammocks to chill in. They offer laundry services and tour guides etc. Room is clean and comfortable with all the facilities you need. Location is perfect near bars and restuarants, not too loud and felt very secure. Thanks guys :)

Great hostel, great facilities (double beds!), nice staff, quiet atmosphere (too much). A lot of small thoughtful touches to improve everyone's comfort Nice and affordable restaurant, amazing coffee, perfect for a good and cheap rest Maybe improving the privacy in the shared bathroom would be better

We stayed here for one night on our way to Minca. The hostel is beautifully decorated, and very clean. The room had great air-con and a fan, which was much appreciated! There’s wifi in the shared area, but we had none in our room on the first floor. Also, just to note for planning, on the website check-in is described as 12pm, and we had an email confirming 12pm, but check-in was actually 2pm. Unfortunately, some of the staff were unfriendly/unhelpful, but other than that the hostel was lovely...

A lovely quiet space with a very chilled atmosphere. The most comfortable bed I have had in a hostel so far, if you want to get a good nights rest then this is the hostel for you!

Das Hostel ist super modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Betten und Stauraum ist großzügig und das Personal ist super freundlich. Zudem liegt es in unmittelbarer Nähe zu sämtlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Zentrum. Eines meiner Highlights auf meiner Kolumbienreise

Amazing hostel! Spacious rooms, great staff, cute cats, close to everything you need, great food and offer luggage storage for a few days. Best hostel we’ve stayed in Colombia!

Super lits, énormes, meilleure nuit de toute la Colombie :) La nourriture du restau est super bonne et abordable ! Proche du centre ! Seul bémol, les toilettes (propres mais peu et très ouvertes)
