- No mos dejaron hospedar porque olvidamos el pasaporte. Pero teniamos lotroa documentos y les hciimos saber que Alicia siguiente enviavamos pasaporte. Nos hicieron devolver de un viaje tan largo. Terrible.

- שילמנו על חדר עם מזגן אך כל הלילה מהרגע שנכנסנו לחדר לא היה חשמל!!! היה לנו לילה סיוט, לא ממליץ לאף אחד להגיע להוסטל הזה, שילמנו גם על ארוחת בוקר אבל לא קיבלנו אותה למרות שתיאמנו שיביאו לנו בבוקר כשאנחנו יוצאים. לא היה עם מי לדבר בקבלה במשך הלילה להגיד לו שאנחנו מזיעים מחום... אם אתם רוצים חוויה טובה ממינקה אל תגיעו למקום הזה. המסעדה עם אוכל טוב אבל יקר ומנות קטנות מאוד שלא משתלמות. יש רק מים קרים במקלחת.

- Das Zimmer was ich gebucht habe sah auf den Zimmern nicht so aus wie es schlussendlich ist. Ich kam mir vor wie in einem kleinen Bunker. Es gab ein Fenster was aber verschlossen sein musste, weil man sonst hinein sehen konnte! Es ist nichts für Klaustrophobiker! Habe direkt meine Anliegen geschildert aber mir wurde keine adäquate Lösung angeboten. Habe noch am gleichen Tag ausgecheckt und mein Geld nicht wieder bekommen. Auf gar keinen Fall würd ich diesen Ort empfehlen!

- il n'y a pas d'eau chaude dans les salles de bain, ni fenêtre dans la chambre. Le générateur est bruyant surtout pendant la nuit. les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, donc vous entendrez les gens d à côté.

- Las habitaciones familiares son un zulo, sin ventilación ni luz, sin buena conexión wifi. Reservamos la habitación familiar, ya que en la información de Booking ponía que tenía dos camas dobles. Nuestra sorpresa fue cuando llegamos y había una litera y una cama doble, con las sábanas manchadas. La habitación y el baño estaban sucios. En toda la habitación sólo había dos enchufes y únicamente funcionaba uno.

- It started that none of the staff at the reception speak english. While this is forgivable, our room was definitely not. We booked a „junior suite“ which was a small room with a queen size bed, shower and a toilet. In the shower there was no warm water. How is this a 4 star hotel? The small balcony was dirty with leaves and the chairs were uncomfortable. The bedsheets were dirty & it looked like there was mold on them. The floor is concrete and was dirty aswell. Also, there were gaps in the door so mosquitoes could get in easy, but there‘s no mosquitonet. This hotel presents itself as very luxurious and stylish on instagram and booking.com but is a total letdown in every category. Even the food in the restaurant was quite bad. Total disappointment. Don‘t come here.

- A las 6:30 de la mañana se pusieron a pegar fuerte con el martillo y la sierra, nadie del hotel se preocupó por decirles que no hicieran ruido para que los huéspedes pudieran dormir Varias personas de las que nos atendieron fueron bastante groseras

- Lamentablemente no fuimos informados de que no contaban con termotanques de agua caliente. Horrible !!! Una verguenza el que la moza nos ofrezca un balde de agua caliente para ducharnos. Ni que estuvieramos de camping. Además en la mesa de luz salían hormigas pequeñas que nos picaron mientras dormiamos.(habitación Deluxe n 10).

- Me dijeron que no podia llevar mi perro de servicio, tuve que dejarlo y al llegar allá habia muchos huespedes con mascota, no hicieron limpiza en la habitacion tuve que yo sacudir las camas, ir a recepcion a pedir mas toallas, poner rollo de papel higienico cosa que ellos debieron revisar, el desayuno tienen un menu que nunca hay disponibilidad, ningun dia pudimos comer lo que queriamos tocaba adaptarnos a lo que quedaba y eramos los primeros sentados en la mesa, no tiene sentido que ofrezcan un menu que no hay.

- Our booking included breakfast, but we were only allowed one cup of coffee with breakfast. They served us 1/2 cup each time!!! We travel a lot and never have we encountered this hotel policy . it was awkward, especially in Colombia - the country known for its coffee.
+ Przepiękny hotel położony nad samą rzeką na uboczu wioski. Z centrum spacerem maksymalnie 10 min, wszędzie blisko. Śniadanie było bardzo smaczne, w jego trakcie można było podziwiać zwierzęta nad rzeką - widzieliśmy jaszczurki i tukana. Łóżka wygodne, jest klimatyzacja, pokój bardzo ładny Na terenie obiektu są dwa duże psy, ale w żaden sposób nie przeszkadzają. Ogólnie na wsi jest tam dużo psów.
- Problem z ustawieniem ciepłej wody pod prysznicem. Za każdym razem była to walka o odpowiednią temperaturę.
+ Tuvimos una suite con vistas al río y quedamos encantados. Desayuno delicioso, cama muy cómoda y una decoración muy bonita. Los perros no ladraron por la noche ni molestaron, como se menciona en otras opiniones. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Luis, quien cada día nos traía el desayuno con tanta amabilidad y siempre de buen humor. ¡Todo el personal fue realmente muy amable y parecía estar contento!

+ El hotel es súper lindo. Lo mejor es la vista y la bajada al río e irse a dormir con ese sonido. Está ubicado súper cerca del centro y del camino hacia las cascadas. El desayuno es rico y abundante.
- Faltaba personal en el restaurant, la comida fue riquisima, pero como había sólo una persona atendiendo las mesas tuvimos que esperar mucho aún habiendo dejado el pedido con anticipación.
