We stayed 3 nights here and overall, we thought it was mostly average. Pros: The location is great, it's very close to the train station, 10 min walk away from the Duomo, and also very close to the meeting point for a lot of day trips from Florence. Cons: Florence is expensive in general, but this really did not feel like it was worth the money we paid. The rooms were sub-par, the beds a bit uncomfortable and the facilities were okay at best.
First off, this place shouldn’t be listed as a bed and breakfast. There is no breakfast, just a kettle to boil hot water and coffee grounds. My mom and I did not have a good experience staying here. We were basically scammed into paying more for our room when we went to check out. I don’t recommend this place.
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, czajnik i mikrofalówka to są plusy. Co do reszty - bardzo skromne warunki, 5 nocy można wytrzymać, ale nie każdy to zniesie. Powinno być taniej!

Florenz ist sehr teuer zum Übernachten, von daher ok. Liegt direkt beim Bahnhof, so ist alles gut zu erreichen. Zwar nicht sehr komfortabel, aber sehr sauber!!! Für 1-2 Nächte super!
Florence is very expensive to stay overnight, so ok. it is located right next to the train station, so everything is easily accessible. not very comfortable, but very clean!!! for 1-2 nights great!

Bon rapport qualité-prix. C’est dans ce qui se fait de plus abordable à Florence, surtout pour avoir une chambre privée. Très bel emplacement, à 15 minutes à pied des principales attractions et de la station de train. Pas la chambre la plus spacieuse, mais ça fait amplement le travail considérant qu’on y reste que pour dormir. Propriétaire très accommodant, je suis arrivé en retard pour le Check in dû à un retard de train et ils se sont empressés de venir même s’il ét...
Good value for money. This is in what makes it the most affordable in Florence, especially for having a private room. Very nice location, 15 minutes walk to the main attractions and the train station. Not the most spacious room, but it does amply the job considering that there is only room to sleep. Very accommodating owner, I arrived late for the Check in due to a delayed train and they hurried to come even though it was already 9pm.

The location is not great as you have to pass by the sketchy train station every night. That being said, it was nice to be able to quickly get in and out of the city. The host was really nice and the rooms were amazing and very private!

The room was not too cosy but had all the things I needed. The city is not so big and the location is close to the main train station.
Great value for your money. I was nervous about sharing a bathroom beforehand, but it was absolutely fine because there was 1 bathroom per 2 rooms. Stefano was very helpful and let me stay in a bigger room first. Both that one and the one person room had a comfortable bed and sheets (in the single room it’s a twin bed so still plenty of sleeping space). It is near the train/tram tracks but as I brought earplugs this didn’t bother me. About a 10 min walk from the station, would recommend!
Muy buen alojamiento. Tenía café y tazas para desayunar, y la habitación era muy grande. Lo recomendaría sin dudarlo.
It had coffee and cups for breakfast, and the room was very large. i would recommend it without hesitation.
Everything was great about it, except for two things in my opinion - the facilities and the choice of channels on the TV set in the room. I think the common area which is in the corridor could be improved with more stuff to enjoy. And maybe it could be moved to some other room. TV channels are only in Italian. Not that many people are concerned with the TV nowadays but sometimes you want something in the background, for example, news or sports and it is all in Italian :(
it was a good place to stay! less than 10 mins to train station! the room i stayed in was large and clean. we only saw staff at check in, but they are available via whatsapp, and the trains and tram are pretty loud. also make sure to bring repellent because the mosquitos are hungry!

Really nice place, I was surprised. We got a cute balcony, clean too. 30 min walk from the city center but very close to the tram and train station.
Close to the train station and about 30 walking distance from the city center. Good place to stay however we had to share the toilette even though that wasn’t really a problem as there were two and they were always free for us to use.
Stayed here while visiting my daughter during her study abroad semester. Staff was warm and welcoming and available daily on site. Felt very safe as you needed a key to get in to building and onto the floor with the rooms. Room was perfect and cleaned daily. Bathrooms were clean. Highly recommend.
Hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating! Bathroom in room was not an option, but close walk from the room. Several private bathrooms were nice. Balcony was an added bonus. Room was cleaned every day. Location is a close train ride to attractions.
