- I was bitten by mites and bed bugs at this hostel, especially on my arms, since I sleep in a T-shirt and my arms are exposed. I stayed for two nights, and the bites started from the second night. That night, I slept from 4:00 PM until 7:00 AM the next day, which gave the bugs plenty of time to bite me. I don't believe I brought the bugs to this hostel—I'm a clean person. Besides, before I even put the sheets on the bed, I noticed someone else's hair on it, which shows how unclean the bedding was. Now I have to carry these red bites with me to my next destination. My friends joked that maybe the bugs at Wombats City Hostel wanted to travel with me, so they hitched a ride.
- In early July, It was too hot (about 30 degrees celsius) inside the room to sleep at night. Even with the window open. I booked and paid for 2 nights but only stayed night. The bed had a fan, but the angle was fixed horizontally and could not be adjusted. So the air did not reach me at all. I highly recommend that the hostel use different fans where the air direction is adjustable
- Very bad treatment. The persons who works there dont know anything about how to treat with a tourist. I will not come to this plasw again!!!!! There are many better ones like this hotel
- 1.我遇到的床位沒有打掃，床位是自己入內看空位選擇，因為每個人都需要從床上的新被單鋪床，退房後需自己拿到樓下置物籃，但我一開始進房就只有一張空床但棉被是亂的，未提供任何新被單，到櫃檯提供照片詢問是否正常，是否是乾淨的，櫃檯人員表示不太正常，不能換房間，只說如果介意就是給我新的被單去鋪床，後來看到有打掃過的床位，棉被會折好，並附上新被單，每個遊客最基本就是需要乾淨的床，希望不會有其他人遇到相同狀況 2.淋浴空間狹小，因為蓮蓬頭是固定的，水噴出來無法清潔到身體

- The place is close to pubs/bar and restaurants, so loud during the night and is hard to sleep, even during the day is so loud So dirty, I couldn’t take any shour in 3 days, was so dirty So so bad
