- Pathetic place Bunch of lies Pack of false information We had booked 3 rooms for 2 days in October 2024 No lift, especially not good for elderly TV switched off, no channels subscribed Switches not working No hot water, so not good especially during winters Beds are old & rotten, they creak all the time The staff tells lies about various things Owner not contactable, no one responsible Phone wires disconnected Only in 1 room phone was working but staff doesn't answer phone calls Not at all worth the money spent They don't pay attention to rooms booked online Don't book from booking.com, they don't take any responsibility

- The bed sheet and bed cover are dirty, AC is noisy, fan in washroom is noisy, room is smelly

+ The hotel has a nice lobby and seating area out the front, and in its day would have been a lovely hotel

- Stayed here with a friend and booked 2 rooms.Waited nearly an hour after check-in for our rooms, and when we finally got them, one room the toilet didn't flush, and the other the aircon leaked water all over the floor. They got the toilet fixed quickly, but the aircon was completely broken in my room. I agreed that a fan would be OK, so they brought a fan that the plug didn't work very well and had to wedged at an angle in the socket, needless to say it kept falling out. After about 2 hours of me complaining, they finally brought an extension lead up, which sorted the problem. Outside our room was a balcony with manky old chairs and bags of empty bottles, really not appealing. The manager told us these were good rooms. My aircon continued to leak water into the night and if took them an hour to send someone ro clean if up.

- În cameră erau becurile arse. Era funcțional un singur bec, dar nu era suficient pentru a avea o lumină corespunzătoare. Lenjeria de pat pătată. Am găsit fire de păr pe cearșaf. Draperiile pline de mizerie. Geamurile jegoase. De afară, se auzea în cameră tot zgomotul străzii. Baia era sub orice critică. Nu este lift. Terasa unde am servit micul dejun foarte neorganizată și plină de mizerie.

- TV doesn’t work. Freeze broken. Door locker seems dozy.

- Chambre vieillotte Moquette douteuse au sol, propreté médiocre Bruits de la rue incessants jours et nuits, impossible de dormir Présence de petits cafards J'ai fuis et trouvé un autre hotel plus calme, plus propre et moins cher !

+ People were nice and they were willing to go the extra mile to make you comfortable. Food was decent and so was room service.

- There was no heat in any of the rooms. If you turned the heater on, some bad polluted air comes out so I turned it off. The management basically told me that nobody uses heaters in Nepal as their excuse. The name of their hotel has "Spa" in it so I thought they would be specialized in this. The rose bath that was advertised had no hot water. They had to get a plumber on the same day to fix it and it still wasn't fixed.

+ There are 2 buildings The building with the reception is good and maintained Whereas the adjacent building is worst. Suffocating. No ac, no fan, no remote, bed is noisy. Next to the road where vehicles will not let you sleep.. After complaining at 1 am. We were moved to the new building. Good room. But the bed was again bed. Too noisy.

+ Отличное расположение, тихий зелёный дворик, доброжелательный персонал, вкусные и сытные завтраки. В отеле есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания! Рекомендую!

- Das Zimmer lag in der 4ten Etage ohne Aufzug

+ Spacious room with nice decoration and wooden floor just north of Thamel. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Gave us packed breakfast due to early leave. Nice terrace.

+ Staffs are friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast was pretty good. In general it’s a good value for the money.

- I struggled with the sockets, other than that everything else was good.

+ Staff were welcoming, helpful, and let me stay very late in the day due to a late flight out. Plus they looked after some luggage for over a week while I travelled to Pokhara and the Mustang Valley. The location is just outside the craziness of Thamel and the hotel is set back off the street. Shower hot and powerful. Bed comfortable. Food delicious and very reasonably priced. The view from the 4th floor is incredible. A great value for money stay.
