- Chambre insalubre . Booking doit immédiatement exiger des réparations majeures

- Había cucarachas en la habitación, fumigaron una vez pero seguía habiendo, no pude dormir ni sacar mi ropa, de plano tuve que dejar la habitación un día antes por lo mismo, a pesar de que lo reporté y pedí mi reembolso nunca me contestaron y la verdad muy mal atención por lo mismo. La habitación tiene mal mantenimiento.

- Couch in room was stained. Ants in bathroom. Bed / pillows very uncomfortable. No tv . Window above bed wouldn’t close all the way, people on patio directly behind the room smoked and played loud music. Smoke was coming into our room ( disgusting) light from their patio was illuminating our room because there is no curtain on window above bed. You get what you pay for .

- Endroit sale et qui sent l'humidité, personnel pas aimable, fête dans l'hôtel un mardi soir jusqu'à 4h du matin: cris et musique à fond et aucun réceptionniste ou veilleur de nuit sur place pour calmer les gens. Aucune réponse au téléphone non plus! J'ai du moi-même aller leur demander d'arrêter en pleine nuit! Chiens en liberté dans l'hôtel et insectes divers dans la chambre (fourmis, moustiques, araignées...) Porte commune avec une autre chambre donc aucune insonorisation et aucune sécurité! Rideau de douche moisi et climatisation capricieuse. Serrure de la porte de la chambre pas sécurisée du tout. Les photos sont trompeuses et ne reflètent pas la réalité. Pas de machine a café comme indiqué sur les photos.

- La casa era freddissima, non c’erano coperte pesanti per tutti i letti e l’unica disponibile era sporca. Nella descrizione diceva di essere dotata di phone ma non c’era. Eravamo 7 ragazze con i capelli lunghi e non è stato per niente bello lavarsi i capelli e stare al freddo. Ho contattato il proprietario più volte tramite la chat ma ha risposto solo la mattina dopo quando ormai era troppo tardi e stavamo lasciando l’appartamento.

+ The room that we stayed in was dirty and moldy. We left earlier. The location was great, Tulum was excellent. The room on the ground floor, right next to the pool, they should not give that room to guests anymore.

+ Ijskast op terras in aardige tuin met uitzicht op zwembadje !

- Kakkerlakken in douche en kamer, er werd niet iedere dag schoongemaakt, vandaag vertrek nog niemand gezien 9u ook geen koffie dus ! Locatie iets uit het centrum.Slecht onderhoud veel kasten stuk en kluis op de grond lekker handig. Moeilijk te vinden s'avonds zou handig zijn als er een bordje Villa's Akalan aan de buitenzijde hangt, zelfs de buren wisten niet waar het was !

- Rummet, litet rum med en dubbelsäng o en en enkel säng och en soffa trångt. Städning var tredje dag? Med toapapper i en korg, som tömdes var tredje dag. Nästan aldrig bemannat i receptionen ! Dålig info när den dock var bemannad

+ Central, secure, easy parking, friendly staff. Frigid A/C. Very clean pool and a beautiful lush courtyard garden. Very comfortable lounge furniture on our private shaded balcony. Check-in was easy and it seems like some people are living in the complex long-term so it is clearly cared for as a real home. Kitchen was well stocked, and our only two requests for couple extra towels and refilling the drinking water as it was getting low (but did not run out!) were promptly accommodated. Would certainly stay here again.

- There was an awkward step from the bathroom to the hallway that my mother stumbled on in the night, so it could be more clearly marked, but she was fine. If stairs are a problem for you, be sure to request a ground floor room, because the ceilings are high so it’s more steps than usual to the second floor.

- Toilet seat broken, a little to small for the toilet, uncomfortable

+ Pude hacer check in antes de la hora, es tal cual indica las fotos.

- Todo estuvo ok.

+ Parkplatz vor dem Haus, toller kleiner Pool, top Lage, man hat es ruhig aber ist trotzdem direkt mitten im Geschehen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt am pool mit kleiner Terrasse und Kühlschrank, richtig gut! Der Empfang und Kontakt war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Auch beim Problem mit der Toilette wurde direkt reagiert.

- Undefinierbare Flecken auf den Leintüchern (wahrscheinlich gehen die beim Waschen nicht mehr raus,macht trotzdem ein komisches Gefühl)

+ Struttura accogliente con piscina e parcheggio comodo. E' all'inizio/fine della strada principale, per cui vicina al centro e ai servizi

+ Very nice place with a friendly owner and good laundry service. We highly recommend you this place for a budget but private stay.

+ We loved our stay here. The photo of the villa right next to the pool is exactly as shown. The steps in the image lead from the balcony in the bedroom, straight down to poolside. The kitchen was also a great size with a large table. We were a family of 5 and had plenty of space here. One room has two singles, the other a double plus a single and a couch. The living room also has a sofa bed which is like a large single/ small double. The bedrooms come off the main living/ kitchen area - with a hall way that splits either side of the main bathroom, so a nice way to block noise to the smaller room for the children. The kitchen comes with all utensils etc and a hob (no oven), as well as a blender (to make your own pina colada’s). There is also direct access to the roof top but we didn’t use this due to the mosquito’s. We also loved that the villa had two balconies - one from the living room with a table on. Our daughter ate breakfast here every day. And one outside the bedroom, that led to the pool. It also has n outdoor fridge, which was a great touch for keeping the drinks and snacks cool. Although this was slightly out of the way, the walk to downtown was lovely, felt safe and close enough to Oxxo, 7/11 and super Aki supermarket. It’s also a close walk to the collectivo stop to get to the beach too.

- There were a lot of mosquitos here so you have to be on top of closing doors and nets etc. the mosquitos nets could do with some repair and had some small holes in - we couldn’t figure out how else they’d be getting into the room but honestly the kids got so many bites! We ended up at the pharmacy buying cream. The owner was really helpful and advised the best cream to get but we’d prefer to not get bitten in the first place. Pool was very cold but we didn’t mind this on a hot day. Also a little bit on the older side but again we are travelling and not expecting perfect standards for the price we paid. There is a resident iguana that lives in the tree so bare this in mind if you’re scared. It was very friendly and our kids loved seeing it come out to eat the plants.

- Nombreux insectes dans le studio, charbon retrouvé sous les lits, les photos de booking ne reflètent pas l’état réel de l’établissement.

- Lo único que no salía agua caliente de la ducha algunas veces lo demás todo estupendo!

- Hygiène, appartement was enigszins oud en vervallen. Kapotte leiding in badkamer. Oude matrassen in berging. Oude, weinig gevulde kussens op bedden.

+ O atendimento pelos funcionários foi excepcional, a piscina muito gostosa.
