- The heating (a very old unit) didn’t work properly—it took a long time to warm up the room and made annoying noise and vibrations throughout the night. I don’t recommend these rooms if you have trouble falling asleep. We called the staff, and although they came, they told us that’s just how it is and it can’t be improved.

+ Location was very good near transport, attractions, food and shopping.

- I faced misbehavior and harrassment form one of the staff on the 4th night of the stay (25th Dec). And hotel management did not take any action. I just requested the receptionist to warm my food, he said okay, i said to him let me put the food on plate my self and then you can microvawe it, as my food had chicken pieces and i did not want him to touch the food with nacked hands, he said you cant enter the kitchen, i said i am not entring the kitchen just please give me plate so i put the food on it, he started misbehaving with me me and said i am not hoing to microvawe your food. I went to him again and asked y are u behaving like this and he simply ignored me and did not help me then i had to microwave it myself as he was not helping me. Then after dinner i went to him to help me make tea (boil water and milk) as this is the usual service they provide but he simply reguses and said i am not helping you. I kept standing there but he ignored and then i entered kitchen my self after his constant refusal upon which he called some one and complained about me. I kept on saying him that let me talk to the manager but he did not listen. Next morning i complained about his behavior to other staff memeber but no body took any action instead they said we dont provide warm water other than christmas day as its not a restaurant although this incident happend on 25th. I felt very insulted and disrespected. This has never happened to me any where before. I deserved an aopologu from management as their staff mistreated a woman. Very disapointing

+ I didn’t like anything. The worse hotel on Lisbon . Nothing at all!!!

- This was worse hotel , I ever been in Lisbon. The hotel hall of hotel smell bad. The breakfast was not good the handle to get the piece of cake had a hair stuck on handle. I told waitress. She said oh sorry. My room had small tv the old style the carpet smell bad the bathroom it wasn’t clean so much hair on floor.

+ The place is located near everything in the center of the most popular avenue of the city.

- It was offered to me two different rooms. One right behind the entrance where we could hear all day the conversations in the reception desk and the whole sound of people coming and other in a corridor. I choose the corridor and the smell was AWFUL. A mix of sewers and dead animals covered the room turning unbearable to stay. Even my clothes started to smell after a single night. To sum all of that, the internet didn't work on this room at all. I t was proposed to me to work in a place above stairs where we had no space to sit and shared the desk with another very old PC. I can't recommend this place to anyone. The staff tried to explain but at the end the facilities were just awful. I left after only 1 night when I booked 8

- The room looked clean but I got badly bitten by an insect while I was in bed and I have big painful red spots on my skin. When I checked out I showed them to the receptionist who, instead of apolagising, said that clients bring the insects themselves. and asked me why I was still there instead of leaving. Very bad experience. I hope I dont have bad news from the doctor tomorrow.

- - Room: not clean, water tap was broken after 2 days, TV is too old and does not work, room is narrow - Breakfast: is not of good quality - Staff: is not supportive, water tap was not fixed during our stays, room is not changed even water tap is broken.

+ C est envahit de cafards! La salle de bain est en ruine des trous behant par manque d email dans le bac à douche. Réceptionniste violent et qui perse cités les clients et le personnel d orine népalaise. J ai du appeler la police et je fais un dépôt de plainte. Le déjeuner est indame

+ Nulla mi è piciuto. Il peggior albergo della mia vita per qualità/prezzo.

- 140 euro per una stanza al 5' piano senza ascensore, con rampa doppia di scale. Senza tappi in bagno, senza prese ai comodini. Lunga attesa in reception. Ho opzionato due letti singoli e invece mi hanno dato un matrimoniale.

- Extremly loud noises from the street - day and night (i stayed 5 nights, room to the streetside) Dirty carpet Mold betwenn the flags in the bathroom The room was very tight and uncomfortable The breakfast was disappointing - the coffee was cold and without taste

- Que dos noches seguidas, entre la 1 y las 2,hubo mucho jaleo con un cliente que daba golpes y gritos enfrente de nuestra habitación. La segunda noche tuvo que intervenir la policía.

+ La posizione, il check out entro le 12 ed è anche possibile lasciare le valigie e usare dei bagni, la disponibilità e la cortesia del personale, il costo contenuto (paragonato alle altre strutture della zona che è piuttosto cara)

- Colazione ampliabile nella scelta. Struttura un po' datata che occupa un piano di un vecchio stabile.

- I would have prefer a room with a bigger balcony like on rooms 202 or 203 on the second floor. I would have appreciated to have an electric kettle.

+ The location is excellent, with a subway nearby. The front desk staff are very welcoming, offering free breakfast and free luggage storage. It's a great place.

- Wel wat lawaai van de straat. Maar goed geïsoleerde ramen.

+ Die Lage ist sehr Zentral, die U-Bahn nur 150 m entfernt viele Ziele in der Stadt sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

- Das Zimmer war sehr klein (kleiner als in Booking beschrieben) kein Schrank mit ablagen, mussten die Nachtkästen wegstellen um wenigstens die Koffer aufmachen zu können. Das Frühstück ist typisch für südliche Länder bei 2-3 Sterne Hotels. also fast keine Auswahl, schlechter Kaffee keine echten Säfte.

- La zona per le colazioni, era difficoltoso accedere al bancone self service perché lo spazio è insufficiente (2 persone non passano). Le camere adiacenti sono disturbate dal rumore delle stoviglie e avventori dalle ore 7

- Huone oli siisti, mutta huonosti hoidettu. Narisevia saranoita, huonosti toimiva ilmastointi, vessanpöntön kansi rikki, parvekkeen ovi pysyi hädin tuskin kiinni. Säilytystilaa ainoastaan yksi henkarinaappi.
