- In one tiny room, four beds are placed so close together that it feels as if you are sharing a bed with another person. At night, it is not convenient to sleep almost in the same bed as someone else. In addition, there is only a very small lobby space for such a large facility.

- Totaal geen service en zeker niet probleem oplossend. Servicegerichtheid is er niet. We zaten met een probleem met parkeren. Ik had meerdere malen een bericht gestuurd, geen reactie. Achteraf aangekomen bleek dat de straat afgezet zou worden en niemand kon parkeren. Super vervelend.

- Habe 1 Stunde Parkplatz gesucht und nicht gefunden, daher meine Frau angerufen die schon mit den Kindern im Bett war und aufstehen lassen und angereist. Katastrophe wegen Parkplatz Möglichkeiten.
- We asked twice for cleaning the room and they didn’t. So we had to asked at least for more toilet paper. They said “we will clean your room tomorrow “ and they didn’t. So the four days we were there, they didn’t do what they were saying. Also, when we come up the room was unclean since the beginning with some hair in the shower and the toilet wasn’t clean.

- Nicht zu empfehlen – dreckig und übler Geruch Die Zimmer stinken extrem und wirken ungepflegt. Toiletten sind verkalkt, das Bad nicht richtig gereinigt. Auf dem Bett waren Flecken, die wie Urin aussahen, und die Kissen haben unangenehm gerochen. Insgesamt sehr unhygienisch – absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Great place overall. It’s close to the centre of Vienna without being in the middle of it. I don’t know if they advertise this on hostel world, but they do not take cash.
This was a great stay! We were coming from the train station so the only downside was the location, but the staff were incredible and the accommodation itself was perfect. We checked in late and were two female travelers booked for a female only dorm, and the man at the front desk was kind enough to rearrange our booking so we’d be in the same room. Not only that, we were the only ones in the room so we could wake up early and quickly leave. Great place to stay, would definitely recommend!
great experience at a meininger in Vienna, once again. big thanks to Abdi for solving an issue upon arrival/check-in which wasn't the hostels fault. clean, neat, tidy
Sort of off the beaten path and not social, showers have some mold but still clean, beds were comfy, would not stay again since it’s a somewhat long walk to the inner center. Lots of groups of teens in the lobby and outside which was frustrating.
A fantastic place to stay in Vienna! Easily accessible to a lot of attractions and restaurants (just a 10 min walk across the bridge) and accessible to multiple metro and tram lines for things further away. The place was super clean and had good security. Staff were super nice and helpful, even moving around our arrangements to put my friend and I together.
Correct dans l'ensemble. Toutefois, une femme est rentrée dans notre dortoir à 1h du matin complètement intoxiquée, c'était une nouvelle personne car elle n'avait pas encore de lit assignée. Elle criait et lançait ses affaires par la fenêtre, elle a réveillé tout le dortoir et son comportement était assez épeurant. Je suis surprise que l'établissement l'ai accepté en dortoir partagée vu son état. heureusement le personnel m'a trouvé une autre chambre pour la nuit, mais ca a gach...
However, a woman came back into our dorm at 1am completely intoxicated, she was a new person because she didn't have a bed assigned yet. she was screaming and throwing her things out the window, she woke up the whole dorm and her behavior was pretty creepy. i'm surprised that the institution accepted her into a shared dorm given her condition. luckily the staff found me another room for the night, but that spoiled my experience.
My stay was fine, quite expensive for what it was. Good location, I was able to walk to all of the places I wanted to go. Cleaning left something to be desired, when I checked in, I found dirty socks in my bed, meaning they either changed the sheets and left them there, or my sheets were never changed at all. Also, it wasn’t possible to lock the drawers under the bed. Overall I’d say look elsewhere for a place to stay but hey a bed is a bed i guess.
Clean and comfortable, very nice option, just a bit outside of the downtown and where a lot of tourist attractions are. Also didn’t seem to be the most social environment, but I was visiting in March.

I had a great stay at the MEININGER Hotel in Vienna. The staff were incredibly friendly and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming.
Nice Hostel, more on the quieter side. Staff is really really nice and the rooms are clean. The only issue are the locker beneath the beds: they cannot be locked. Even with a fitting lock that seemingly closes the drawers, they can just be pulled out and opened anyway.
