stayed there only one night when we arrived late in Sri Lanka. lovely owned, bit hard to find (maybe only at night) really clean and cute. good for one night.

Die beiden waren sehr bemüht und freundlich. Dir Unterkunft hat eine gute Nähe zum Flughafen und war perfekt für eine Nacht. Zimmer waren sauber.
The accommodation was very close to the airport and was perfect for a night stay. rooms were clean.
Für eine Nacht vor oder nach dem Flug eine gute Wahl. Das private Badezimmer ist nicht on suite sonder entweder direkt vor dem immer auf dem Gang oder wie in meinem Fall leider im unteren Stockwerk. Das Bett ist sehr hart. Sonst war alles super und es wurde auch Wasser gestellt. Etwas schwer zu finden aber der Besitzer war nett und alles sauber.
The private bathroom is not on suite without either directly in front of the always on the corridor or as in my case leader in the lower floor. the bed is very hard. otherwise everything was great and there was also water provided. something hard to find but the owner was neat and everything clean.

Lovely, helpful hosts available to answer any questions. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable and felt safe. Not really walking distance from food places but you can get a TukTuk easy enough. Perfect for an overnight stay when in transit.
Great little homestay next to the airport, perfect if you have an early flight.

Such a nice host, clean rooms and bathrooms, comfortable bed and good ac. We felt very comfortable here and the short drive to the airport is very convenient
The house owners are very nice people. We were very happy with how clean the place was, the toilet too. There was free water coffee and tea. Amazing view from the window.
Super clean stay. Lovely owner and very close to the airport and still very calm. The only thing I noticed that there is no restaurant around so you have to take a tuktuk to the city.

After my flight I went straight to Villa Avi. I booked quite laste minute so they did not know I was coming. However, they welcomed me with open arms. Their home is very comfortable and cool. They are happy to chitchat and love to help. Lovely people and close to the station. Highly recommend 🫶🏻
it's a super nice place to stay just the night before you leave to the airport or once u arrive but consider it's in an area that's very quiet. for me i didn't feel very safe I recommend it if you're 2 ppl not a solo traveler
I only stayed for a night before taking a morning flight. For that alone Villa Avi was perfect, being fair-priced, very nice and clean and close to the airport, to which the host also helped be organize a Tuktuk transfer. I want to add that I did enjoy the location and atmosphere very much, as the house is located in a very green residential area with high palm trees and bird voices all around that gives it all a great jungle vibe. I could imagine staying here a few more nights as well.

El espacio estaba muy cuidado y limpio, igual que la habitación. Las personas que nos hospedaron fueron muy amables y serviciales. Recomiendo mucho ir.
