+ We did not stay as the accommodation was not as advertised.

- The location was not as advertised. The accommodations are run down. The kitchen appliances are divided on 3 separate floors shared in a hallway and stairwell. No Tv as advertised the advertising is false leading

- To nie było miejsce ze zdjęć. Właściciel podał inną lokalizację. Brud, brak łazienki i okna. Dodatkowo zostaliśmy pogryzieni przez pluskwy. Obsługa arogancka i nie miła. Czułam się zastraszana, chociaż na koniec właściciel się opamiętał i próbował poprawić wrażenie rezygnując z opłaty za parking.

- This listing needs to be taken off booking.com. This host is a total scammer (read Google reviews for his old listing under Peter's Guesthouse and you will see previous victims of his). I started communicating with this host over Whatsapp on his request and he agreed to let us stay an extra night to be paid in cash as our travel plans changed. He tried to scam us by charging an extra €120 for parking that was locked on our arrival. When we ended up paying a much more realistic price of €40 for alternative parking because of his unresponsiveness to the issue, he insisted we still owed him and became threatening and frustrated with me over messages because he had been "waiting all day" for our arrival (never mind that we got stuck in 3 hours of traffic at the border to enter Croatia and arrived at a very reasonable check in time of 8pm). Then his "staff" were meant to be waiting at the accommodation for us, but were nowhere to be seen. The host would not pick up my calls and help us find our room, and after a while of standing there on the street with all our bags waiting for him I started to read Google reviews about bed bug infestations in the rooms and the host entering peoples' rooms during the night. I decided I would rather sleep in my rental car than risk my safety staying in a place like this. So if you want to pay €200+ to sleep in your car in 30 degree weather, go ahead and book here. Karma will catch up with you one day, Peter. You are a monster. Say whatever you like about me (I've seen your responses to other complainants), the messages speak for themselves.

- Il gestore è davvero sgradevole. Situazione al limite della normalità..per non dire peggio... check-in entro le 23..da contratto con booking..alle 20..ci ha lasciato senza appartamento..valutate voi se c'è una normalità in questo..e soprattutto valutate bene prima di prenotare.. ESPERIENZA NEGATIVA sotto qualunque profilo!!!!

- 1.最初に予約した住所から変更になりスーツケースを引いて10分程歩かされた。2.部屋はTV、お茶、掛け布団無く、トイレのドアは閉まらず、2階の部屋の音は丸聞こえだった。3.3泊したがバスタオルやシーツの交換、清掃無し。4.WEBの記述と異なる最低レベルの施設。

- J'ai réservé cet hôtel car il était précisé que ce dernier disposait d'un parking. C est malheureusement une publicité mensongère. Arrivé sur place, l'hôte m'a contacté par whatsapp et m'a d'abord précisé qu'il n'habitait pas sur place. Il m'a ensuite envoyé vers un parking à distance où il ne m'a pas été possible de stationner ma moto. Je n'ai donc pas pu utiliser le logement pour lequel j'avais payé 99 euros, et j'ai du me trouver un hébergement avec un stationnement. À savoir qu'une demande de remboursement a été effectuée par booking auprès du propriétaire, sans que ce dernier n'accepte. j'ai donc payé 99 euros pour rien...Merci Booking et merci à ce propriétaire peu scrupuleux.

- Not the superior queen room we reserved. The facilities did not match what we got. Way too expensive for what we got. Bathroom door didn’t close at all. Pero was very rude. Terrible stay.

+ Отличные просторные апартаменты в старом городе, большая кровать, все необходимое. Есть чайник, посуда, удобный небольшой диван. Потрясающий владелец и его доброжелательный помощник, который помог донести вещи до квартиры от ворот в город. Рядом есть супермаркет, много кафе и баров. Прекрасный опыт, рекомендую!

- Расположение розеток, прохладно ( есть кондиционер для обогрева) и мало света, нужен небольшой ремонт душевой лейки и кабинки. Слышимость соседей. С учетом цены и расположения на 1-2 ночи отличный вариант.

+ Es war extrem leise in der Nacht, obwohl die Unterkunft direkt an der Straße liegt. Zur sehenswürdigen Altstadt mit ihren Stadttoren, Mauern und zahlreichen Gassen mit Restaurants sind es nur wenige Meter.

- Que la ducha es muy corta unos 5 minutos. De agua caliente no alcanzó para que me pudiera lavar el pelo, esto para mí es muy malo porque después de un viaje lo que necesito esuna buena cama y un buena baño

+ Facilidad con el propietario para darme las llaves, preocupado de mi llegada, alojamiento cerca de la ciudad vieja, cerca de supermercado y al lado de los buses para llegar a cualquier sitio.

- No hay quejas, cumplió mis expectativas por lo que recomiendo este lugar.

+ The location was beyond my expectation. Very central, next to the Panoramic balcony of the city and to the Gate of the Castle. The property was very clean. The host was very responsive and access to the property was very smooth.

- The bathroom need to be improved as the water is a bit small. There Seems also a little bit smell from the bathroom.

- No me gusto que te cobran aparte un impuesto en efectivo ahi cuando llegas al alojamiento , siento que la plataforma no lo dice , no es problema el pagarlo solo es mejor ponerlo para saber que se tiene que pagar ahi llegando

+ Freundlicher Kontakt über WhatsApp mit Tipps für Dubrovnik (Restaurants etc), die Unterkunft ist nur 2 Minuten vom Tor in die Altstadt entfernt.

- Das Bett war ein bisschen hart und knarrte bei jeder Bewegung. Vielleicht wird es bald gegen ein neues ausgetauscht.
