They cleaned the toilets daily and had access to clean towels The pod we were given had huge cracks under the mattress that was hastily covered up with 2 slabs of wood, so we were lying on an uneven surface which gave me severe neck pain. There were also bed bugs and other bugs that had crawled through the giant cracks under the mattress. When I brought a video of this to the reception they moved us to a different pod, which was better. We shouldn’t have been given an unsafe and unhygienic pod in the first place. No discount or refund was offered.
