Nous avons été satisfaites pour notre hébergement, par contre, l’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas.
We were satisfied with our accommodation, however, the air conditioning didn't work.
Schöne ruhige Unterkunft , Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gibt zwei Pools, diese sind sehr modern und sauber. Wir hatten unseren Schlüssel verloren und haben einfach ohne Probleme einen neuen erhalten. Leider hatten wir in unserem Zimmer nur einen kleinen Ventilator und keine Klimaanlage, ansonsten sehr zufrieden.
Nice quiet accommodation, very nice and helpful staff. there are two pools, these are very modern and clean. we had lost our key and simply got a new one without any problems. unfortunately we only had a small fan and no air conditioning in our room, otherwise very satisfied.
Calm and tidy guesthouse. Pretty easy to find. Arrived a little late, before check-in time, but there was no one there. Checked in smoothly via WhatsApp though. Stayed only for the night and I was all in all satisfied.
Wifi didn’t work in the room
We had a lovely stay at Hotel Alma. The pool/outdoor area is amazing on a sunny day. The room was a great size and very clean. I would definitely recommend.
