Time Travelers Party Hostel in Hongdae

WARNING!! I had to leave earlier than I planned and in the middle of the night because I got multiple bed bug bites during my stay, which made it impossible to sleep. I reported it to the staff and offered to come back to the hostel to show exactly where the bugs were, as well as the bites on my body, but nothing was done. The owner dismissed my request for a refund. In general, the hostel had very poor hygiene, no proper cleaning was done anywhere in the hostel during my stay. AVOID!

This hostel is very conveniently located within walking distance of Hongdae street and all its main attractions. However, the restrooms and rooms are very dirty. I stayed in an all female room and it already had 2 girls living there that also work there. This is not a problem but their stuff was all over the room and there was barely anywhere to put my own stuff. The beds were very uncomfortable and I’m pretty sure had bed bugs because I had several bite marks on my body. Good for location only.

First of all, there is nothing party about this hostel! The common area seats was so uncomfortable and very unwelcome, and the receptionist is rude! She have an attitude every time I asked for something. The hostel itself smell like sewer! The shared restroom is disgusting, there was a night when someone puked all over the toilet, it took the staff 2 days before it got clean!!! Absolutely don’t come here if you don’t want to get bedbugs or infections! They barely clean the sheets! The only good

I had a private room, I woke up with bed bug bites all over my body.

I would recommend to find a different hotel. Staff are rude, bathroom is worse than a truck stop, bed bugs and jail cell sized rooms. Come here if you want to get a rude awakening

Look elsewhere, uncomfortable with bed bugs and minimal facilities. Bad atmosphere and overpriced. Location is OK.
