Smelled like mold but it was cheap and you have your own kitchen and bathroom. You are right on the bus line to Manuel Antonio which runs every 15 minutes and close to a corner store for snacks
It was a decent spot, nice kitchen and a whole room and shower to yourself. However, the shower in the upstairs suites only used cold water, and there was no air conditioning, just a fan that blows around hot air. Overall decent spot.
I'd only recommend Dona Ana if you are trying to spend as cheaply as possible. Otherwise, I would think twice about staying here. (1) Fan is always on, LOUD, and has no on/off or speed switch - it just blows hot air around the room, (2) Bed is hard and pillow felt like a lumpy rock, (3) ensuite show is COLD WATER only (could be more obvious in description, (4) they only take CASH once you arrive on site (again, can be highlighted and not hiding at the bottom), (5) the common area couch and stool...
I really enjoyed my stay in the guesthouse. It has a nice big bed and some fans to keep the room cooler. The building doesn’t have a sign or anything so it was hard to find. But I contacted them and they helped me immediately.
Nice place, decent location. Air con would make a huge difference as the upstairs rooms get very hot. A lot of the road noise can be heard from the rooms as well but usually not an issue.
Communication fluide :)
The owner’s son is the nicest guy ever! Really good service at very helpfull. Nice place with private kitchen and Bathroom. The Rooms are faceing a main road so it’s a little noisy but you can catch the bus to Manuel Antonio right outside

Had a lovely stay here. Nice people running the place & despite electrical issues they did everything they could to resolve them and moved us seamlessly to another room. Not a social sort of place at all, but very good location for visiting manuel antonio national park. Its also a short walk from the main bus terminal with busses to San Jose and other major travel hubs. Would stay again!

Cool little guesthouse here for the price of a dorm pretty much. Private room private bath. Highly recommend. A bit harder to find as there’s no sign in front but the hosts were really great. Really liked having some private time here.
I really liked the room. The host was really friendly and it was easy to communicate. The location of apartment is good (central) and easy to walk to restaurants in Quepos. Main bus terminal was nearby (walking distance). Wifi worked fine. Overall value for money.
Great stay, great location!
unexpected amazing stay. Big comfy bed, private bathroom. Good location walking distance to chepaer restaurants in quepos. If you want a little more authentic stay than this is it.
Loved staying here!! The host and her son were so kind and willing to work with my frustrating schedule. The property is located right near a bus station to Manuel Antonio, and a few small shops (to get food and drinks). Everything was clean, there were multiple fans in the room and towels. 10/10 recommend, especially for the price!

A great property with lovely hosts! Location is great for getting to the NP and to town. The accommodation is perfect for a couple.
Staff are very helpful and kind. Good location. Nice rooms, very private with a few other guests to socialize with.
Nice studio, located just a few steps from the Manuel Antonio bus stop (Very frequent bus service for less than 0.5 USD, starting 6AM). Clean and with all the facilities you might need in a home. Good wifi. Highly recommended place to stay if you want to visit Manuel Antonio National Park.

As many others have said the main downside is the traffic noise, not that it really bothered me. It's a great value option foe Manel Antonio, as it's further away in Quepos, but the cheap and frequent buses mean this isn't a problem at all. In fact being in the transport hub that Quepos is is a bonus when coming and going.
Such a perfect stay in Quepos! Explored the city and the beach by foot and the bus to Manuel Antonio park stops right next to the apartment which is super convenient. Kenny and Maday were super helpful and friendly, the apartment was nice and has everything you need!
