Apartments Terra I & II

+ Mikel was helpful but that wasn’t good enough because I was there to sleep , not to listen to booming sound.

- Saturday night noise level is beyond acceptable level. Mikel knew that. He said there will be an anniversary celebration. Who celebrates anniversary in a bar that plays rock music ? From some of the comments that I read, the bar right below my windows on the first floor in the same building has very loud music on Tuesday , Friday and Saturday. The music didn’t stop until 3:45 am and then afterwards there were clinging glasses noise, people talking loudly until 5:20 am. The bass sound literally pulsating through the walls below. I paid $141.00 a night for hardly any sleep. Sunday and Monday night were quiet. He shouldn’t have rented those night out. He said because the apartment is located in the center of town surrounding by bars and being Saturday night, then noise is expected and not out of the ordinary so he takes no responsibility for it. Many hotels have quiet hours rule between 10 pm and 8 am which is the acceptable hours for sleep. 3:30 am is beyond the acceptable time . I guess the owner is suggesting that if you stay in the center of town , then it is ok to have noise until 3:30 am. If I don’t like the noise, then don’t stay there. It kind of like it was my false expectation that a place would be quiet on Saturday nights. I guess in his view it is perfectly alright NOT to sleep the whole night because this apartment is in the center of town. He has no control over the bar that plays loud music. Above all , it only affected 1 night and Sunday and Monday night will be quiet. This kind of logic is absurd. I had stay in many places in the center of town where there were no bar directly below the apartment and they were quiet. I am now in the center of Trieste . In front of me is a busy street but the windows ate sound proof.There is a 4 stars hotel negra the Burger King 5 minutes walk away , just off the pedestrian only area . It has an elegant restaurant near it. None of that hotel comments noise, only no parking and I didn’t have a car anyway . It

- Horrible noise from a club next door with most terrible music on every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. Avoid if you are not prepared to stay awake until 3-4am.

- Deveriam avisar que não chega de carro até o local e tem que levar as malas pelas ruas de paralelepípedos. Além disso deveriam salientar que não tem elevador e que a acomodação é no segundo andar. Temos acima de 60 anos e levar as malas foi muito dificultoso. A água quente acabou e demorou para aquecer de novo. Deveriam alertar que o banho deve ser rápido. O que é um absurdo. Ainda tive que ouvir do anfitrião que o povo da América gosta de banhos demorados. Temos que saber exatamente o que estamos contratando. Faltam informações ao hóspede. Aí ele aceita ou não. Faltaram informações.

+ L'appartement est super Propre et bien aménagé. Décoré avec goût Idéalement situé en centre ville

- Le bruit !!! Un enfer... Alors ce n'est pas la faute de la propriétaire qui a été adorable et nous a prévenu le jour même. Musique des bars à fond, éclats de voix... Et ce, jusqu'à 4 heures du matin. Impossible de dormir J'aurais apprécié savoir à l'avance que les jours de fêtes autorisés sont le mardi, vendredi et samedi (je dis ça pour les prochains clients). Si je l'avais su je n'aurais jamais réserve ici. Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit du mardi au mercredi.

- We were warned about a loud ‘students’ night on the first night and bore the very loud music in good faith. On the second night the even louder music went on until 4.00 am but the yelling and whistle-blowing went on afterwards. It was literally impossible to sleep.

+ Das Objekt hat eine super Lage

- - Obwohl von uns ein Objekt mit 2 Zimmern für 2 Erwachsene gesucht und dann gefunden wurde, wurde das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer bei der Anreise nicht vorbeteitet gewesen. Auf Nachfrage antwortete der Manager, dass für das Bettzeug fürs Schlafsofa extra zu zahlen sei. Die Obejktbeschreibung war daher irreführend und nicht korrekt. - Trotz der geschlossenen Fenster war in der Freitagnacht so laut, dass man kaum schlaffen konnte. Erst um ca. 3 Uhr am Morgen war es wieder ruhig.

+ Apartamento muy céntrico, limpio e instalaciones bastante nuevas. Muy atento y agradable el responsable del apartamento

- Para mí no fue un problema pero es un segundo sin ascensor pero lo peor de todo es que justo abajo hay una discoteca con música altísima que al parecer abre Martes, viernes y sábado, creo que deberían advertirlo al reservar esos días o directamente no alquilarlo porque es realmente desagradable, imposible dormir hasta el cierre de la misma.

+ Nicely decorated If you like to stay in the city centre and do not mind the noise, this is a nice spot.

- There is or was a moist problem, so it was smelly. I personally think it's to noisy, the coffebars open at 07.00 and close very late, the city cleaners with their machines as well. And I personally miss real dark curtains.

+ The apartment is in a great location, clean and tidy, everything is great it looks exactly as shown in the pictures.

- Due to the loud noise and music from 10pm to 3am, it was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep, so I do not recommend it for those who plan to sleep at that time. For those who like karaoke and singing until 3am, it is an ideal place to spend time.

+ Besprijekorna lokacija,kao i sam apartman. Sve pohvale. Naravno sve pohvale i voditelju koji je bio jako susretljiv i pristupačan.
